I would give zero stars if I could. We moved to a new apartment that was three buildings down. The forman used disgusting language around my daughter and I. They broke our daughter's $500 crib and reimbursed us $57. Leaving my daughter nothing to sleep in for the night. They also assembled our bedroom furniture backwards, leaving us to take it apart and put it back together again. Most of our furniture now has scratches/ chipped paint from being transported. The workers asked us if we could tranport our glass table tops, because they were afraid they would break them. (Isn't that your job??? To move furniture securely and safe?) Also, one of the workers used our bathroom, without asking (during the middle of the pandemic). Their customer service team is a joke and we were never even offered an apology for our terrible experience and broken/damaged items. Would not recommend Arnoff to any degree.

My move went very smoothly and with mindful speed. Wonderful moving team of two men, organized by Move Coordinator, Maria Morales. The movers were friendly, professional and very caring. I moved a few high end, heavy pieces with no problem! I give Arnoff a 5 star++. Strongly recommend‼️? ??????????

Arnoff’s truck arrived on time. The crew were terrific, going the extra mile to help in any way they could. Mike & David were very good at moving very large heavy pieces and making it look easy. The price was reasonable, the service exceptional. May I never have to move again but if I do I will choose Arnoff!

Shipped very heavy vises, welding gear and tools. You guys were great. From contact to payment to the crew who picked up my extremely heavy gear. It all arrived across the country intact and in incredible time.

I moved recently moved from Phoenicia NY to Woodstock NY, and anyone who has ever moved has stories to tell - of missing belongings, rude and careless personnel, etc.
In the case of Arnoff Moving and Storage, the entire experience was of the highest professionalism and care. These folks know their business! From the first phone call with Denise, who is lovely to speak with and prepared to accommodate every question, to Mike, who came out to see my belongings and prepare an estimate, I felt like I was talking to good, caring friends. who knew their business well, and were committed to make all the details clear and easy. I moved from one small apartment to another, and they treated me like I was as important client as any.
Moving day, Tim and Pete were friendly, funny, taking good care of all my furniture and boxes. I was comfortable staying out of their way, because they handled everything with great care and efficiency. Nice people, real professionals.
I could not recommend this company any higher. Do your homework, and hire them, they are the best of th best.

Very professional both Robert and RJ knew what they were doing with their years of experience. They came in like a storm with the grace of bird. They had us moved out from a 3 story house within 2 1/2 hrs into our first new home. Thank you Arnoff Moving and Storage, Robert, RJ for A STRESS FREE MOVE!

This was my fourth move with Arnoff. It was the second time I had Arnoff do my packing and unpacking. I've been pleased with each of my moves with this company. I had three very capable and friendly men do the packing, moving, and unpacking at my new place. They were very concerned with being careful with my many fragile items. Moving is stressful, but my movers made it much easier for me with their professionalism. I recommend Arnoff Moving and Storage to anyone who wants to take the burden off themselves as much as possible.

Arnoff Moving & Storage was very professional and fast in our recent move from 812 Park Avenue NYC to Sharon CT. and Arnoff Storage.
Our Superintendent at 812 Park Avenue advised us that Robert and his team was the BEST movers he had seen in a long time. He plans to recommend Arnoff to any tenants who request a mover.
