I have gone to this vet hospital for over 20 years and by far it is the best out there. It can be a little bit expensive at times which is a downside, and there can be long wait times...but the care and respect, that they give to my pets that I've had over the years has been excellent.
..when my one cat had a heart defect, which I didn't know about, they were supportive and gave medicine, the cat that was supposed to live only six months lasted three years..

Dr Standnes was excellent in developing a plan for us in regards to our dogs recent surgery that wasn't healing, done at a different practice, with many complications. He took his time, heard us out, and was very honest with a prognosis as our dog also has cancer. The whole office was very helpful and professional including fitting us in as new patients. I love the app they use and the hours are great too. I'm happy the problems we are facing led us to here. Thank you AHS and Dr Standnes!

I came here in July with my dog who was attacked at a dog park. His entire hind leg area was lacerated and I was completely panicked and a total mess. I called Arlington animal hospital in this emergency situation and they told me to immediately come over even with the fact that I resided out of the area. The vet and staff reassured me throughout the entire process and I could not be more grateful for the compassion and care these people offered my pup and I. I am forever indebted to it.
POGO AND I LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!

I’ve been coming to Arlington Animal Hospital for over 20 years. Thru good times and bad they all have been compassionate, supportive and have all the skills for a superb veterinary hospital team. I can’t say enough good things and I’m so very grateful we found them. Thank you!

The most unprofessional place I’ve ever since , how you charge 400 hundred dollars for vet care but do not cut a dogs nails nor give a cone for wound care !!!!! Disgusting money hungry place I ever met !!!

I took my dog to AAH for about 3/4 of his life after a bad experience elsewhere. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff and doctors. For all of my future pets, I will not hesitate to bring them here.

My go-to for veterinary care. Beautiful facility would make you think service is expensive, but I'm always surprised how little my bill is considering what I've have friends pay in other vet offices. We have 5 animals who all get health services here, and we never worry about affordability or lack of care.

Way too high the staff and doctors are rude, they pretend to care about the pets but they don't it's all about the money

Dr. Quattro and Dr. Standnes took care of my senior dog, Clarabelle for the last 3 years of her life. When my beloved Clara came down with pancreatitis suddenly Dr. Quattro came up with treatment plans that not only optimized her health but were realistic and fair prices. At the very end of her life I was treated with the utmost care and compassion by Dr. Standnes and the staff at Arlington Animal Hospital which I will forever remember and be grateful for. There are genuine animal lovers working here and it shows. I highly recommend anyone who loves their pet as I did mine to bring them here for quality care.

Today I went to purchase prescription food for my cat at Arlington Animal Hospital which my pet was prescribed by them & I was told I couldn't. I was told that the office manager, Nicole, had wrote a note on my account denying me & my pet services there, but the staff was not able to tell me why? Nicole had the day off, so she was not able to explain herself either. Attention AAH Veterinarians... your staff needs better training in customer service. A couple weeks back I went to purchase the prescription food you put my cat on at another establishment (Petco). I was told I needed a prescription from the vet. This was never explained to me nor given to me. Today, one of your other office people said I would not be needing services there because the script was written for me to buy it elsewhere. Is this how you treat your paying customers when the lack of communication which caused a delay in me being able to purchase my cat the food YOU said she needed, is from YOU?? No services is your solution?? Completely childish & unprofessional.

The veterinarian I got is very clearly a dog person. She looked like she wanted nothing to do with her, like a cat was not her cuppa tea. Didn’t touch her or evaluate her properly, nor gave me any advice for my worries.

I first started taking my dog here cause I just moved and this is the closest hospital to my new home, since my dog has anxiety in the car I thought it was best for her vet to be a short drive. At first they were ok, I found the people at the reception desk rude, but eh not the biggest deal. Lately, when I’ve had to take my dog for routine tests and vaccines, I found the professionals/ vet techs/ drs/ very unprofessional. Two visits ago, they went to weigh my dog, and they barely got her on the scale, then her last visit the dr was shocked she gained 20 pounds lol. I was like she looks the same, her diet is the same, just last time you didn’t get her on the scale correctly (for real she was barely touching it, the vet tech had her in his arms) and I notified them last time at that moment that her weight was too little. They didn’t try to again to weigh her. Now this time they are making a big deal about weight gain lol like wth???? I couldn’t get my cat recently to his usual vet, it was an emergency cause he was throwing up a bit too much, the dr who looked at him suggested he maybe had ingested antifreeze and I looked at him again like what in the actual hell. Then they just diagnosed him with a uti???? Like how do you make that jump lol and it’s unfortunate cause that dr was the only nice one… I’m officially done with this place. I’m taking my dogs to the vet offices where my cats go. There, they really helped my cat get better! And that’s the point. While
I know this a business too, it has to be about the animals.I will also point out, that I usually don’t leave negative reviews or reviews at all quite frankly, unless I feel strongly about a place. I do feel like they charge so much without giving my animals a proper look, it’s always been a disproportionally short visit even when my animal was sick and it shows cause they had, from my knowledge now, misdiagnosed him. There are better vet offices in this area if you look.
