I went to Walmart this morning and went through a checkout that a deaf woman was working at. I understand that she has a disability and it might make her job harder for her but she was extremely rude. No customer service skills at all. She was able to hear and talk a little bit and my mother was putting things in the cart as she scanned our stuff she scanned our fishing pole which had the option to put a warranty on it and she yelled at my mother to "pay attention" because she needed to click yes or no. Apparently being polite to customers isn't a requirement anymore.

Walmart in Potsdam lists multiple phone numbers. The get any work done by their Tire and Auto Center, they make out a work order that askes for various forms of contact information. A agreed to buy a tire that was on sale and asked them to mount and balance it. 5 days later I called the separate phone number for the department, and it rang 20 or so times and nobody answered. Then a voice asked me to call the main number. That rung 40-50 times and a person answered. She said she would do an overhead page in the Auto shop and that it was possible no one could hear the phone the first time I called the number. Many rings later a person picked up and when I asked about the status of my tire she replied " It's been done for days" I Asked why, after getting various forms of contact information, they had not contacted me. She said she had no idea. This pattern shows us what we all already know, that their management studies have shown getting people into the store so they become impulse buyers is how they make their money. The lowest rating This form allows me to give is one star. I would rate this store a zero if I could. I went in for three items the other day and left without finding any of them. When I asked a worker where the item was she said Oh we are out of those. Have been for a long time. Everybody askes for those.

Never any cashiers anymore, and just a lot of managers and assistant managers managing god knows what or who because nobody is working there anymore, just a bunch of blue vested people walking around with their heads down so they don't have to talk to you. It's a big box store people .....what happened to the days when you had a cashier and a bagger to help get the customer out of the store as fast as possible. I didn't want to work at Walmart and now I'm pretty sure I don't want to shop there anymore either.

Its a load of bull! There are many checkout lines, and only one cashier. You got to have more than one open!
