Most of the time you have a hard time finding a cashier at one of the registers. They make you go through the self checkout and when you're handicapped and you're disabled it is very difficult to take care of your own merchandise. They should have at least two registers open with people manning them most of the day .
that make it you make it really difficult for the senior citizens to shop

Potsdam store sucks last 2 times I was there saw people stealing both times first Tim two women pushed a cart full of stuff out without paying told the employees they did nothing second time saw women drive up to outdoor goods and man gets out loads car with bags of mulch or something piled outside then they drove off then I have to wait in line to cash myself out while you pay people to stand around I will shop elsewhere to get the service I'm paying for

Being a super store, it has most things. Clean, well staffed and good location, would say this is an above average Walmart store.

So I've always been under the impression that when a product has a price on it they would honor it, welllll not this walmart apparently. Basically insinuated that I changed the price. This product was in the clearance isle. So if u shop at Potsdam walmart make sure u do there Job and make sure u check the tags, I mean it's not enough that we have to cash our own stuff out and bag our own. What's next? Do we need to clean the Bathrooms?

Great place to shop for grocery and other items. Store itself is clean and organized. Shelves were stocked and prices reasonable.

Team leads act like coaches and get away with it. Associates are disrespected and harassed by managers and team leads. I personally have been singled out harassed and threatened by multiple team leads and coaches my two years working for this company.

Never stock up , and get what I need is always hit or miss. It is a long drive for us, so not very economical for us if they are consistently out of different things we need. We have even tried checking online before shopping to make things are in stocks, however that is never accurate.
