Called and asked if they did I9 employment verification. They said they did, so I drove 20 minutes to get it done. When I arrived, they refused to do the I9 employment verification process. The notary didn’t have to do anything but be there on the phone to verify my identity. What a waste of time. I walked to the NBT bank next door and they did it in 5 minutes.

The team at the UPS Store in Potsdam, NY is personable and easy to work with. They are quick to respond to email and thoroughly check over designs. I have been 100% happy with all of their printing work, from yard signs to letterhead.

They copy stuff and mail some stuff. There's no point in them offering a notary service if they put so many rules on it. It's pointless to offer the service if they won't actually do it. It must be that they do not want to have to testify in court if there were ever a need.

I love the convenience of this shop. I must protest excessive charges though. My wife had UPS box a gift of clothing to ship to Ketchikan, Alaska. Does anyone else think $150.00 is outrageous and unjustified? Next time I will use the USP not UPS! Buyer beware.?

If you're looking for the perfect design for your event, you should check out The UPS Store in Potsdam! Great customer service, knowledgeable staff, and reasonable rates. They designed all of the products for the Potsdam Snack Pack Program and helped with a few last-minute requests. It's a pleasure working with Janice, Fonda, and the entire staff!

The UPS Store in Potsdam has excellent customer service and provides great services to small businesses. I have used this location for years and have always received top quality products in a very timely manner. The store is great at returning messages and emails for our new projects. Highly recommended. Our government agency in Tampa, FL has placed numerous orders from the Potsdam UPS Store. Their customer service is incredible the pricing is reasonable and the promotional items are high quality. I’ve never had any problems with accuracy or attention to detail. The Potsdam UPS Store will continue to be our go too for our promotional needs!
