Hands down the absolute best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle anywhere in the north country. From the day I drove the vehicle off the lot I've been taken care of. I will only be buying from Scott's from now on.

I was way overcharged for a brake job there. This was where I bought the car, so I expected a bit of customer loyalty. Unfortunately, I had a bunch of tacked-on fees, including about $150 for "test drive". Ridiculous. Rather than build a relationship with me, they blew it. Never again.

My daughter goes to college up there and they have worked on her car a few times for me and I am really happy with the work they have done. Its hard to find honest repair shops these days , these guys a rare find. I highly recommend them.

Steve and his techs were great! They helped my daughter who goes to college in Canton with a dead battery issue. They were very nice and easy to work with and gave her a great deal - didn't try to sell her into a repair or replacement she did not need. Service was quick. Thanks Steve and crew!

About 1-2 weeks ago the car I had decided to cause me many problems. I went to Scott’s to have it looked at/fixed and they did what they could do. But the car was going to keep causing me problems. So I was looking at trading and from the second I had the slightest thought about it, Dalan was right there for me, helping me find a vehicle that was in my price range and affordable. I recently started a new job and didn’t think I’d be able to get approved for a loan. Dalan worked his magic, helped me through the entire process and answered any questions I had, as it was my first car loan. The experience was amazing and I will be forever grateful for these wonderful people.

Excellent service! My son attends Clarkson University and his truck blew a brake line. When I called they told me that they were booked for the week but would do their best to fit it in. Two days later they called and said the repair was done. The cost of the repair was very reasonable. I highly recommend!
