Will never take my vehicle there again sat there for three Months and every time I had called totally different story on what was wrong with my vehicle picked it up took it to another dealer they figured out what was wrong with it had busted transmission lines that I had to pay for out-of-pocket and come to find out it needed another turbo on the passenger side interesting you couldn’t figure it out. Told me it was a rear differential then it was a front differential and then I’m gonna send it to Blevins Ford and Governor took it to Frenchie’s and they figured out what was wrong with it. And when you’re told your vehicle is OK to drive from Potsdam to Messina and it really wasn’t unbelievable people do not deal with no baloney Mahoney because that’s exactly what they are no baloney Mahoneys

Should treat all customers with the same respect but failed to. Made my first experience bad. One guy wanted to try to help while Mr Mahoney himself continues telling me I can’t afford anything for out in the lot with what I had, made me feel unwelcomed and seemed like he had a hatred toward me for whatever reason, on top of this the original car I was looking at on their site isn’t even the same in person, while inside was a mess and they kept joking when I was asking about that vehicle to purchase , 0/5 do NOT recommended , anywhere else but here !

DO NOT buy a vehicle here, we bought a 2006 Honda Ridgeline from them, and just put 8200.00 into the front end. Kahn Mahoney is exactly what his name is, a Con! Spend your money smartly, and go somewhere else! Check out Scott's Auto in Potsdam!

Con Mahoney really lives up to his name. He is a scam artist and a liar through and through. He sold me a 2011 truck with only 25k Miles on it. It was actually a decent deal. He said they did a inspection on it and had over 2k worth of work on it at the body shop. About a week after I got it home all the issues started popping up. I put about 3k into it just to keep it on the road. The rims were rotten and leaking air, all new breaks and rotors, the Calipers were all frozen up, the rear differential was leaking. The front control arms needed to be replaced. Over all the truck is decent for the year but they just lied and scammed to make the sale. Stay away from this place at all costs and do not Trust a word FULL OF BALONEY MAHONEY tells you!

I bought a 2011 Cadillac DTS from Mahoneys and had nothing but a PURE LEMON LAW! I took the car back to the dealership several times for overheating issues, the car smells like burning coolant, has a lifter tick when running and a handful of other issues like breaks sticking, warped rims etc after I had quotes done from other mechanics that told me what the car needs mahoney refused to fix the car when it was still under the 30 day Lemon Law. and Con Mahoney requested that I take it somewhere else to get fixed. These people don’t care about there customers after the purchase of the vehicle. I highly recommend you stay far away from this place. These people have been known to do this for years! BEWARE!

Worst sales experience of my life.Salesman wasn't even there at the time we agreed on, so I had to wait. The guy regularly spoke over me and didn't even listen to what I was trying to find. Didn't make a deal when I was there, as I wanted to think things over. Guy would barrage my phone and email constantly, once calling five times in a row while I was at work. When I answered to explain I was at work and could not take the call, he just kept talking.I will never do business with this dealer. Show some respect.

I would not suggest this dealership to anyone.There prices are marked up beyond acceptable.There are many other cheaper dealerships around the community.Walking into this dealership the atmosphere is not friendly. They care about selling you a high marked up car. They don't care about communication or putting some work into the sale.
