My son attends college in Potsdam and had to get his truck repaired. It's always scary going to a repair shop you aren't familiar with but we chose Emlaw's based on some recommendations from other parents. They were amazing! It was a quick fix for them and extremely afforadable! Would highly recommend =)

Highly recommend taking your vehicle needs here! The staff was so friendly and the atmosphere seemed so family like. They went above and behind to fix my vehicle and their prices were the best from potsdam to ogdensburg! They kept me informed with everything and even took me back to show me what they were explaining!

I would not recommend this place to anybody. I had a truck there for six months or so and never got a call to see what was going on with my truck even after several attempts to get up with them. Working five days a week I didn’t want to take off time to go get my vehicle since they’re not open on the weekends and I wanted my key.

Great service, friendly staff. They were straight forward about the repair. Fixed my issues and didn't try to swindle me into unnecessary service or repairs. Dropped my vehicle off in the morning, and picked it up later that afternoon. No hassle. Recommended, will be bringing all my vehicles here in the future.

Ive been bring our cars there for years! Hard working, honest people that get the job done at a very fair price! More than a few times have taken care of an emergency flat tire. Simply had to bring in the rim and they did it while I waited. Best mechanics in Potsdam!

Been to this shop many times, no matter the problem 90% of the time they will have the answer to it. Been going to this shop for 5 years now and I don't see that changing anytime soon, the work is done reasonably quick, the mechanics are informative and will let you know if the work is worth doing, the mechanics and Chris are all trustworthy people with professional mechanical opinions. One thing I know is that this is the shop for me. Thanks For all the help over the years. Thank You Emlaws!

Reliable service shop. Visits are normally quick, I don't feel like problems arise out of nowhere, and staff is courteous. Small fee for processing cards, recommend cash for pricey visits.
