This was much nicer than we expected. Every building was clean and well kept. The surrounding area is pretty bland but looks like outdoor activities could keep you busy. It is affordable and the options for dorm choices are very nice. The performance space is beautiful. The people were all really nice. I would recommend a visit.

It is VERY overpriced. Unless you are specifically looking for a "SUNY POTSDAM" labeled item with a 150% markup, consider taking the free bear shuttle to Walmart or even walking 15 feet away from the college store to find what you are looking for in the union market.

Everything is horribly overpriced. They have every book or supply you need for most classes. They have great people working there but it is almost never worth it. The only exception I guess is when you have school credit, but even then you can find better deals.
