My oil sensor light was on and I received several alerts from Starlink, so after checking the oil and following the directions in the owners manual, I made an appointment. They said they would do an update and fix the problem. My husband waited for 2 hours while the problem was supposedly being resolved. We were headed downstate, to see my mom who had been hospitalized, and had not traveled more than 150 miles when the light came back on and I started receiving email alerts from Starlink again. Frustrating that we need to drive to another appt, (with the price of gas) need to sit around for hours and hope that this time the problem can be resolved.

Purchased my vehicle from them a couple years ago. Took it back to them for repairs when I began to notice the smell of engine coolant coming out of the blowers when I ran the heater. 2 visits and $1,600.00 later and the problem persisted. Ended up using dish soap on the exterior of the coolant piping and an air compressor to blow air out my coolant line to find the leak. The replacement part cost me $30. Fixed the issue myself. No problems since. Never taking another vehicle to these guys ever again.

Fantastic customer service. The service staff were very helpful and polite. And the service manager introduced himself and asked if there was anything else I needed. A very pleasant surprise. The work was done well and promptly. I am very pleased with the whole experience. Also, I appreciated the good coffee and fast WIFI in the customer lounge.
