Had 10-15 bags maybe and came in when there were no other customers. When I walked in a girl looked at me and then looked at her coworker annoyed. I was told that they are not taking more than 10 bags because it’s the weekend or we can leave them but they might not be counted soon. We asked if their boss is okay with them us our business elsewhere and they said yes. Should’ve known to go to Allegany instead because they’re always quick and friendly.

Because NYS charges a fee for bottled water/soda pop/etc. we bring our bottles here for redemption. The staff is excellent, very helpful. Our church has an account there supporting a Mission's endeavor. We are able to bring a large bag of plastic bottles in, leave it in capable hands, and be sure that it will be credited to the account for our Mission's focus.

The owner is a theif. I wasn't going to post this. But after talking to my Pastor and he told me that he was cheated here as well, I felt I should spread the word. If you bring in more than a small amount they tell you that you be called when they are done counting your redemption.

Lady was rude and nasty!!! Had maybe 12 bags and was snapped at to leave them and she'd call back. When asked about how long it would take, she got snotty and said she didn't give times. When I said i would go something else she snapped back again and said that's fine. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

For every $10 in bottles I have turned in i got paid for $9 even if I kept the bags but only when one guy counts them so I try to avoid him
