New owner took over this UPS and what a huge difference! The store is beautiful and clean and Scott, Luis and the rest of the staff are always very courteous and helpful. I'm in and out quickly and it's always a pleasant experience!

Very poor customer service. My package was not sealed to the store’s satisfaction. I needed (literally) one piece of tape. Instead of helping out with the tape dispenser resting on his counter, the gentleman behind the counter tried to sell me a roll of tape. Very disappointing. Not showing care for their customers.

Very poor customer service. Will never return there even though I live 2 minutes away I go to manhasset. The issue was I wanted to bring a package back that was delivered to the wrong address and the woman would not help me in any way not even a phone number for ups

The young employee is very attentive, friendly and helpful. They are very good for amazon returns or if you need to send big packages. Also they are open until 6:30 pm! So convenient

Average customer service. There was one person in the counter, on the phone. Wish there was an extra person there, instead of one person doing all the work. Good drop off location.
