DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR PASSPORT APPLICATION HERE.I applied for a passport here, but they lost some of the documents. I needed to resend them to the agency and it took much longer. My whole trip got messed up thanks to their ignorance.

Eddie helped me with my children’s passports and he made the entire process so easy. He answered questions about the paperwork and was knowledgeable about a unique situation we were dealing with. He was meticulous but everything was done quickly and perfectly. My daughter is 2 1/2 and my son is 7 months, they were both having a bad day because a lot had gone wrong, but Eddie made it brighter. He was extremely kind and patient with my both of them. In my opinion, Eddie is worth more than 5 stars.

After standing by the sign which says "wait here for next available attendant" for 5 minutes (while one employee appeared to be counting money, and another employee processed first one, and then another customer, neither of whom were in line), I was more than a little surprised after BOTH employees were positively SURLY, claiming that they had twice offered to help me. I AM IN THE LINE, I DON'T DESIGN THE LAYOUT OF THE BUILDING. I AM WAITING RIGHT WHERE IT SAYS TO WAIT......AND YOU ACT LIKE I'M AN IRRITANT.

i was doing passport here today, the post officer are very nice & kind ~ and not too many people wait in line,he was almost felt because of the of the scan machine , but he still very nicely finished my application.i really appreciate ~fast & very organize post office !

My mail is getting lost. An I getting other people's mail. Since December 2018.I informed the manager, twice. I wrote on the website, and still happening. My motor vehicle registration was lost, as well as credit cards..This is serious, and they are not fixing it.

Easy to see right off of Port Washington Boulevard servicing Port Washington and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Parking on the Street is available. Clean facilities with a wheelchair accessible entrance. Credit cards accepted. Staff is ok. We will most likely be going back.

Everyday they change the price to mail the same envelope. For months $1 was ok, but two weeks ago my envelope was sent back saying it was $2.50, which I was fine with, but now today for the same envelope it's $5.50??? Who is making up these random prices? I don't trust the Port Washington post office and will be sending everything electronic now.

Two packages "lost" because the driver had "no access to the location". Didn't really offer to do too much to find the packages.

No waiting on line when I arrived. The clerk at the front was friendly and reminded me that the price change will take effect in several days. Passport processing was completed within 15 minutes.

We are constantly getting other people's mail which makes me wonder where our mail is being delivered to. Also isn't there a dress code for mail carriers? It seems we have three different mail carriers sometimes 3 different ones a week and some of them dress in their own street clothes. It would be nice to know who's walking up to my house but with this lax attire I never know.
