“This place really is a 1 in a million find. They're a very well run shop: everyone is kind, informative, and accommodating. They fixed my Mazda3's front bumper after a hit-and-run incident. They explained every step of the process, and treated me as if I was their most important customer. My car looks as good as the day I bought it after it was finished! They even went way above and beyond, by cleaning, polishing, waxing my entire car after the job was finished. But it didn't end there. Even my interior, and engine bay was scrubbed clean. I couldn't believe it. So long as I'm in the NYC area, they'll be my go-to body shop from here on forward.”

Came back into the house thinking who would be the best possible repair shop. Low and behold I remember the beautiful Christmas decoration from Sonny’s Collision on Atlantic Avenue. Picked up my phone and made the call. From the first phone call to the last phone call, everything was done in a professional manner. Sonny’s followed up with me throughout the repair process. “Needed to get some cosmetic work done on my car. There was nothing mechanically wrong with it, but there was a big dent on the front that was just a huge eyesore. I walked in, was greeted by a man name, Richi. He was more than willing to take me out to look at what my car needed. Then came the manager/I believe he might be the owner Billy. They both seem like standup, regular guys, and I did not feel that they were trying to scam me in anyway. The price that they quoted I felt was fair and even then I was able to negotiate with them because they genuinely wanted to help.They Fixed the damage, replaced my tires and painted my wheel. Everything came out better than expected.When I went to pick up the car after they called me, there was a small area that I felt like could be cleaned a little bit better. Richi went out of his way said that he will take care of it and within 24 hours the car was ready and perfect. They did not try to charge me for anything extra. He even dropped me home. Very easy and simple process. Would highly recommend these guys.They seem like genuine, family, friendly guys who are good at what they do, and take pride at what they do. Would definitely use them again. This is obviously not a paid review and I was not asked to write a review. “We hit a large wooden object in the middle of the road on 95 North and ended up with 2 flat tires. There were 11 cars in total which requiring towing services. We were lucky to get Vincent Services as our company. The driver dropped us off at a local hotel as it was 10:00 pm on a Sunday night. The next day Vincent located the tires for us, we waited in their shop for the tires to arrive and they promptly mounted them and had us on our way. They assisted us in getting something to eat and were extremely pleasant.”

“Tim and Tom are two of the most honest mechanics around. They're always there when you need them and their service is outstanding. Had a problem with a 2012 jeep that my dad had when he was alive. The thing just sat there collecting dust with noone to drive it. The battery was on its last leg and the tires were dry rotting. We decided to start driving it but it needed some work. These guys made it seem like new again. A huge thank you to them both!”

“Car stopped working and I was stuck on the road. Asked my wife to call Chester's and come tow me. Turns out it was a bad sensor that triggered when car got hot. Waited and car started and was able to make it home. Although they were on their way to get me, my wife was able to cancel our request. They were very cool with my wife and didn't make us feel bad.”
