I don't need an appointment and just walk in, sometimes there are two people working here and the waiting time will be short, Almost done quickly and then the next guest ,if there is only one person, I need to wait but no complaints, I see her no times to answer the phone, If you have any questions, come directly and ask, or call the website’s customer service number. Will be better.

I’m glad I disregarded the negative reviews. On a Wednesday at 8:40 am I was in and out in 15 minutes for bloodwork. It is a very small location. There is a receptionist and one nurse. Both very pleasant and efficient. But if you time it right, it’s very convenient.

I’ve been coming here for my whole life basically, and I don’t understand the negative reviews. I never wait for more than 15 minutes here and the people at the desk are very kind and quick to help. The blood taking process itself is easy and painless. My only complaint is they never pick up their phone, but you can make an appointment on their website anyway.

Good luck trying to contact them, and even better luck if you get someone who actually acknowledges you or greets you when you walk in. They may grunt, but you’ll never get a greeting out of them. No sense of customer service — maybe that’s asking too much, so how about expecting common courtesy.

Great little lab office! The ladies working there are very nice. I've been there twice midday and there was zero wait. Its super easy to make an appointment online. The results were online the next day so I could download them & the lab report printout was easy to read. They take my insurance. What more could I ask for?

This place is a joke! I went there this morning with my 90 year old mother to have some routine blood work done for her. When we got there the waiting room was filled and people in the hallway waiting. When we finally signed in we found out that there was one person signing people in, performing the blood work and filling out all of the paperwork! I'm never going back again! If could have left a negative five star review I would have, unfortunately I have to leave one star in order to post this review

I have had nothing but great service at this lab! Each and every time I have gone for blood draw, the wait has been minimal, the blood draw painless, and the staff very friendly. Results posted in 1-2 days to the patient portal, with downloadable files. I would highly recommend using this lab!

Someone in the chain of management here isn’t doing their job right. Not gonna blame the front-line front desk worker who is the sole person here but for such an important job, people should be happier

I was there and the girl at front desk is a sweet girl the only big problem is that she doesn't have another person to help her, she does everything herself I think that's not fair at least they should give her 1 more person in the morning when they have more patients coming in.

I called the service center in advance and was told that I could walk in, without an appointment, at any time. I arrived early afternoon, presented my prescription, had blood drawn, and was back on my way home in a total of 15-20 minutes. Courteous, pleasant people.
