Thanks Marcia for helping me out my money back. I really appreciate you. It was scam that someone took my money from my bank. Honestly I have no idea who took it. Hope you do the investigation & take action. ??

Had an interaction with the teller/clerk today that was surprising. She was unnecessarily rude in her tone to me. As in, quite short with me. Everything I did was somehow problematic.I felt scolded for not having a debit card for my business account that does not have a card associated, for not having filled out a checking withdrawal slip that the bank DOES NOT keep on the desk in the front--it has to be asked for every time, and not having the account number, which i showed her on my phone as not loading in the TD app despite my being logged in.The tone was unnecessary and maybe she should correct it. I am gaining NOTHING in keeping this TD account as it literally offers zero interest.

I called this branch to inquire about signature guarantee service after getting absolutely nowhere with the Glen Head branch and being told by TD customer service that the bank doesnt have this service period. Both people I spoke to are super knowledgeable and courteous. They guided me to the right branch (Garden City). Really appreciate their help in a frustrating situation.

Solid service.I came in at around 1:40PM 20 minutes before closing.Teller, teller partner(clearly more 'senior') and then current manager John were all very helpful.I had several things to do such as a check deposit, cash withdrawal, funds transfer. Solid service even though i was arriving close to closing hours on a Sunday.Service was friendly, they did have to recheck/verify my identity a few times which I am more than happy to oblige with as that means they are trying to be more secure. I don't expect nor do I want them to back down on verification for fear of offending someone.

My first time at this branch was quick and efficient. I went in around 1:30pm on a Wednesday and there was only one other person than me at the window. There were two tellers available and a few people at the desk for other matters. It was so quiet you could hear a pin drop. I had an issue with my debit card, which had expired, but the company did not mail me a replacement before the expiration, which I found odd. Upon explaining the situation, the teller was able to rectify the situation. For the holidays they had these winter villages displayed on the counter which caught my attention. My transaction took about 10 minutes. I was in and out, then on my way. The parking lot has plenty of parking. There are drive through lanes in the rear of the building. TD bank prides itself on being very customer oriented. I see this carried through their precautions and safety measures. The teller was friendly and there was a plastic barrier set up between the tellers and the customers. Signs mandated mask wearing and stickers were on the floor for socially distancing customers. There were hand sanitizer dispensers on the wall. The glass door is push/pull so you are forced to touch it to enter the building. This is a great branch to visit when you know other branches may have lines out the door.

Had asked a question & Marcia response was so rude . She said she was busy to help me & very rude. Everything me is busy in this pandemic . That is why I will stick with Chase . They have employees that care about their clients.

Disappointed in how they're handling serving customers during the pandemic. They funnel people who need help into one drive-through line that can have 45-, 60-minute backups. If you call their customer service number, it can take forever to get a live person. They could find a smart way to serve people. They could open the lobby and limit traffic inside to 2 or 3 customers at a time, all wearing face masks. Or they could put a table or two outside with an employee wearing a mask and social distancing in effect (that's what the train station did). This used to be a great bank.

This used to be a great bank. But they've really done a face plant. I know the pandemic has changed everything, but they really haven't risen to the challenge. They funnel people who need help into one drive-through lane that can have 45-, 60-minute backups. If you call their customer service number, it can take forever to get a live person. They could find a smart way to serve people. They could open the lobby and limit traffic inside to 2 or 3 customers at a time, all wearing face masks (we're in Phase 3 of reopening in Nassau County). Or they could put a table or two outside with someone wearing a mask and social distancing in effect (which is what the railroad station did). Just disappointed.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. I came in with a complicated (and I admit tedious issue) and a guy sat down with me for a while trying to figure it out. Their hours are also very convenient, although that might be more of a company-wide thing.
