Bad experience ?
I have been visiting this store for over 5 years and have never had a bad experience, but today was the worst. Mrs. Marie, the cashier, treated me poorly and threw away my food. It was not my problem that I was busy. It was the worst thing I have ever experienced.

They don't usually have shopping carts in the store. Mostly you have to grab one from the parking lot. Plus they don't stock very well. Many times I find empty spots.

The whole point of shopping here is to be able to scan and self checkout. Most of the time there are either no scanners or the kiosk is out of service. The App is horrible. You put things in your cart and it crashes or when you go to checkout the cart zeros itself out. Stop & shop please get your tech-act together at this store. EZ enough to shop elsewhere.

This is a complete revision of a previous review:We had a problem with an outdated item, and a sale not clearly defined. The general manager ( I will not disclose her name, for her privacy) went beyond all expectations to correct the problem and to send to us a proper store credit. You see, coming to the store for the refund was not feasible, as we live very far from any Stop & Shop (we were shopping as part of an out-of-town trip).The manager made it right. If the corporate office is seeing this, you must note that your store manager , at this locale, cares deeply about her store and about her customers.
