Unlike the prolonged wait times and higher costs elsewhere, Earl's promptness and affordability were a breath of fresh air. This place was amazing. Earl is very friendly and he did an incredible job fixing my watch, that it works like brand new. His prices are affordable and he doesn’t cut corners when it comes to repairs. For any repairs jobs, he’s definitely the guy to call.

This is the only jewlery store I will ever go to. Earl is an honest and trustworthy owner who will always go above and beyond to help you find what you are looking for at a great price that you will never find in other stores. They do not make people like this anymore. It was simply a pleasure to by an engagement ring from him,he is truly a master of his craft. I cannot thank him enough he made my engagement very special with a one of a kind ring. All I can say is go visit his store and you will not be disappointed.

I don't understand how there isn't a line around the block for this store. Earl is a perfectionist and is one of those ultra rare business owners that will do things the absolute right way and not charge an arm and a leg for it. I can't imagine there being anyone better than him at servicing your jewelry on this side of the country. I rarely give praises this high but he will have all my business from here on out and will be the only store I'll ever need to refer others to.

I called jewelry stores in PW inquiring about the price of watch batteries. These were $5!! Earl was very pleasant and the batteries are just fine. He appeared to have some very fine, interesting jewelry. I found my new jeweler!

Fantastic! I went in late on Saturday to get a watch fitted and he was able to fit it on the spot and give me some tips to keep it in good shape for the long run. Highly recommend, some beautiful engagement rings in the cases too.

I wish I could give 10 or 15 stars.Bought in a bracelet that needed some quick repair. I walked in ready to wait a couple days to come back and pick up said bracelet despite there only being one link broken. Earl noticed multiple flaws and a noticeable lack of polish on it. As a master jeweler he just couldn't let those slide.He quickly repaired the bracelet, and when he was done polishing it, it looked far better than new. While waiting for the repair (and polishing) to finish, we got to hear Earl's incredible stories, and get to know him more as a jeweler and human, and he is almost as good a master jeweler as he is a person. Definitely going back to Earl for all my jewelery needs.

Earl is so wonderful! I came to get batteries for my watch and for my husband’s watch. Since I was already there I asked if could re-size my engagement ring. He did it on the spot, polished and my ring fits and looks AMAZING!!! thank you!

Took my watch there to get sized properly after receiving it as a wedding gift. He did this free of charge and told me congratulations. Very nice guy.
