BEWARE: Who expects their customers to pay $70 return shipping on a $140 order? Safavieh does. This detail of their return policy is not clear or easy to find.
After 13 emails from me to them with maybe 5 responses and multiple phone calls I was told they would give me a $25 concession. They wouldn’t even send me a label. I have to do it.
Make sure you are ok paying for shipping yourself if you want to return your purchase!

I went to 2 locations in Long Island, the showroom in Manhasset and the outlet - warehouse at Port Washington and at both places I had a great shopping experience . Great selections along with the great, great service at both locations thanks to to ms. Osborn and mr. Rouhani. I will go back and do more shopping.

Amazing service, Neil and kami were extremely helpful with helping us find a beautiful couch and rug. Kami went through countless rugs with us, and Neil made sure we got a great deal on the couch including setting up delivery. There were so many great pieces here and we will definitely be coming back to furnish the rest of my home.

Safavieh is definitely the worst retailer in America.So many of the reviews are true. The customer service team are incredibly rude (and always wrong). The general manager provides information that is false (and blames everything on the distributor, with claims that turn out to not be true.) and the end result is that I still don’t have my mirror after a year (so it’s about 8 months late).I contacted the distributor and found out that Safavieh forgot to arrange shipping of my mirror. It therefore sat there for months on end.I am now starting to worry that this company is going out of business.I can honestly say that this is the worst experience that I have ever had as a consumer.

Quality items, difficult management
This location has some great pieces if you’re willing to take the time to search carefully. It is worth the effort. The staff at the outlet are helpful and kind, but beware of management. Hopefully no one else has the experience that I had, but dealing with upper-level management was extremely challenging. Overall, the experience was still worth it, but I wish I had known what to expect with management given all of the issues.

I worked with Megan, bought a new coffee table and it was delivered 2 days later. I got 70% off and it looked excellent in my living room.

My wife has been shopping for teak patio furniture all summer long-prices are extremely high. We came to Safavieh and received incredible pricing and outstanding service from the sales staff through the staff that helps load the furniture onto your vehicle. Will definitely go back for in home furniture too. Great experience!

We always love dropping into this location - there's so many incredible pieces! Neil & Megan were beyond helpful in our recent search for a new sofa. Neil went above and beyond to take care of us. We are beyond happy with our purchase and couldn't be more excited with our new sectional that arrived in just a couple of days - clean and installed to perfection. Thank you!!

Had a horrible experience buying a rug online at their Canadian website. Shipped me the wrong size and after calling customer service to have the right size shipped, they emailed me the next day to say the size I wanted is actually out of stock. After all their mistakes, they placed their emphasis on asking me to ship their rug back to them. Reassured me the refund was processed a month ago and I still have not received my money back. Terrible customer service with Jessica the manager for Canadian orders, will not buy from them again.

Ordered a set through ********* I have had it less than a year and the rattan started breaking even though it is covered most of the time. I contacted customer service to see if I could order rattan from them theybsaid they were manufacturer and I needed to contact the Retailer which makes no sense. They were dismissive and pretty much said I was ***. Also said I would void warranty if I tried fixing it myself which contradicts the lack of help.

Great to go see what is available on sale. Saturday, I believe it was Meghan who helped us, forgive me if I'm wrong about her name, but she was an excellent help. She checked into anything we showed interest in. It's a huge warehouse space and lots to take in. So having her assistance was everything.

Waste of time. Many items are damaged beyond repair. Retail prices on items and have to check with manager for every price. Don't waste your time.

Picked up a beautiful Lane Venture outdoor furniture set from the 2 Channel Dr location of Safavieh in Port Washington, NY. Regional sales manager Neil Baser and store associate/interior designer Megan Osborn were just terrific. Highly recommend for all your spring and summer indoor/outdoor furniture needs!
