I really wanted to like this place for years. Is a hit or miss every time I go for my eyebrows. I usually go to another place but I end up going here because it is closer. I walked in to the place and there was no customers. The lady (staff) was on her phone just told me to sit. No greetings! I thought she was going to hang up and take care of me. Nop, she continue with her phone call throughout the whole time she was doing my eyebrows. As a customer it was disrespectful. She did not do a good job with my eyebrows, obviously because she was on her phone the entire time. She asked me to check like they always do. I told her that the line was not straight on part of my eyebrow. She “fix it”. Anyways, I left and when I got in the car and checked my eyebrows, there were areas that she didn’t even cover. Went back inside to tell her and she “clean it” She did not apologize or anything! It was so upsetting. It is my last time I go there. As a customer it is very disappoint and upsetting. Since when is OK to be on the phone while you are taking care of a customer?

The owner does eyebrows so bad here! I went to her and said I don’t want my eyebrows thin, she agreed to just do a touch up. When she was done not only were my eyebrows thin but UNEVEN. Shortly after I left I called her because my eyebrows were extremely uneven. She HUNG UP on me. She’s extremely unprofessional and rude. Also, she gossips a lot and speaks in her language thinking people who come in don’t understand her. She will bad mouth the customer to another colleague in her language and the things she says are disgusting. This place is not worth the hassle for the lack of skill she has.

I’ve been coming here for years, sometimes I get someone who is carful and doesn’t want to rush through - they are kind and patient.. Sometimes.. or I get the ones who I’ve been willing to tolerate- till now. I call them the indifferent ones, who seem to be in a tragic karmic loop of numbness.. because the job gets done, its ok, it’s a waxing and so the worst mistake is that they leave patches of hair and you show them and they correct it. This last time the woman said that the hairs were too short, so they would not come out… ok so I went home and there were literally 3 patches left behind that she never touched, it’s because they can’t see! The low light, no magnifying glass, can’t see what they are doing, leaving so much wax on my skin kind of place. I’m done until this is corrected. The women deserve good work conditions they should be happy to serve and enjoy their time in the salon. Not sloppy on the couch waiting for day to end. Make it fun! Make it pleasant, pleasurable! If this was my salon I’d be rocking it! It’s a great spot on Main Street. Get on it. Pick up some Bollywood vibes or create a yogic feel with Hare Krishna music playing and make it real. Do something worth celebrating.

I would like to start saying that I hate to give bad reviews but I can’t just pass this one.They charged me $25 dollars for shaping and tinting my eyebrows. It literally took the girl 1 min to do that. She applied the darkest henna color and let my eyebrows looking like a clown (literally one day before my birthday) my eyebrows were funny, super dark and not even. (believe me, I have done my eyebrows 1 million times in my life and I know how henna looks and how it is well done). Why ???? They apply the Hanna with a cotton pad???? Like come on, get the right tools and do things right!!!!! She did the procedure in 2 min and then went to talk on her phone and when I told them I HATED IT, the girl that did it got upset. They asked me to come the next day, I am not coming ever again and you should not either.

Worse exp .Mostly staff not licensed or nor fully licensed or fake licensed. Not professionally trained n they rush to get other customer for tip. Waxing very unhygienic. Facials are like slapping on face n too much noice. Owner has attitude n don't respect staff or client.

I believe this place is closed? Tried going and the sign in the window confirmed they should be open on a Monday but nobody was there.If not permanently closed then unprofessional for not putting a sign to explain the closure.I’ll have to keep driving far to go to Aaina’s salon…was hoping to find a place in the area.
