I took down my one-star review to put this one up. I met Kate today, the new manager. She is kind, friendly, courteous, conscientious, and businesslike. Give the place a chance. Kate is a tremendous improvement over what they had in the past.

I don’t see why people give them one star review. They always put a smile on their face and get all my mails sorted out and forward in a timely manner
