This is such a fabulous location! I started about 2 months ago, not knowing anything about kickboxing or HIIT. I LOATHED going to the gym and needed to find a good alternative. After searching around a bit, I landed on Port Kickboxing & Fitness and tried a free class - I loved it immediately! Julian, Melissa, and Shannon are amazing instructors that take the time to really know you and your goals. They push you just enough to where you feel empowered yet also tired after each class (in a good way)! I’ve noticed my endurance and physical build have better aligned with my personal goals in just the couple months I’ve been here. Cheers to more!*Also, as a bonus, I’ve found kickboxing extremely therapeutic, especially after a rough day at work :’) Here, punching and kicking things is definitely encouraged!

This place is fantastic. Port Kickboxing is professionally run, clean, and always filled with friendly people. I have never had so much fun while working out before. I’m hooked!

I debated trying this kickboxing class for way too long and let's just say that I regret all of that wasted time! I absolutely love every class they have (HIIT/kb and weights/kb)- they're challenging, but so rewarding!! I've never been able to commit to any type of workout class (or consistent workout routine in general), but that has changed since I signed up for my membership a year ago. The membership price is SO fair and worth it for the amount of times I go a week. I'm so happy with the progress I've made and can't wait for that to continue! Thank you Gene & Julian for always kicking my butt!! #cantstopwontstop

I joined the fitness kickboxing program about 3 months ago on the same day as my free trial class and I love it! The workouts are really challenging, I’ve gotten so much stronger and my endurance has improved. The instructors are very motivating and make class fun yet challenging. Plus punching and kicking is very therapeutic for my mental health! I highly recommend their classes.

This place has changed my life. Discovered them in the thick of pandemic closures when they were teaching outside on the Schreiber track on weekend mornings. It got too cold and we eventually moved inside to the studio which is spacious and has super high ceilings so it felt safe. I’ve done kickboxing before but not for years and never with this combo of conditioning and weights—it’s AMAZING and keeps me coming back for more. I went from being a person who did one Pilates class a week and zero cardio in January to completing the March Madness challenge and doing 15 classes that month!! I am a 3-4x weekly junkie now and love it! It’s super affordable, incredibly therapeutic and a serious workout. Gene and Julian keep the music bumping and the sweat dripping!
