When my husband was injured in an accident, I reached out to Micheal Duval to assist. After delaying for 1 weeks while medical bills piled up, he finally responded that the policy had been dropped and then hung up on us. I called him back and pleaded with his associate to speak with him because I have receipts from paying the policy for years. I FINALLY got in touch with corporate who indicated he was wrong, and they sorted the claim. Not sure what is going on there, but obviously things are on decline. I’d look for a different agent. Do not give business to an open bigot like Duval.

Michael Duval office has been great for the past five years
. The office staff has been so helpful and Michael treads us very fairly. I have 3 cars and a Motorcycle plus my home with Start farm and nerve had a problem.

In my 20+ years of having insurance on my car I've gone through many different companies trying to keep my rates low and my coverage great. Living in NY we all know this is a challenge. A couple years back I found Michael Duval and his State Farm Agency and I never looked back. The experience has been a weight lifted off my shoulders. Him and his staff are hands down top of the line, honestly, best in the business. Have and always will recommend to all my friends, family and any one else who will listen.

Everyone at this office goes above and beyond ! As a college student, getting auto insurance seemed like an impossible task . They guided me through the process and made sure I got all the discounts I could , and saved me a lot of money ! So happy that I didn’t go with an “online” company. I can call and talk to someone every time and get great ,personal service. :)

Michael has been my agent for almost 30 years and lets face it, over the years; a few things have happened. The level of service I have enjoyed and come to expect is second to none.
As my coverage needs grew, Michael and his staff were there to make sure that I had exactly the right coverage.
Our business relationship started with a single car.
Today I engage Michael's office to cover and help protect all of my assets to include vehicles, home, life, boat and business insurance. When I pick up the phone, they are there.

I’ve been with State Farm for a while at this office in Port Washington. The office has been very professional, always doing whatever I need done for all of my insurance needs.
All of the staff is always great always eager to help.
I started there working with Debbie who is fantastic. I’m sorry she passed still think about her often. I now work 99% of the time with Ginger was fantastic. Take care of all my needs without me having to worry that they’re not being done properly. Never have I gotten wrong information and or anything incorrect on my policies. Always been guided in the Correct direction.
Put a little plug in here for Mr. Michael Duval very nice guy never seems to age. All joking a side . I recommend this office to friends and family and other people I know..
p s I am ding and check on my insurance now and then no one ever comes near their price either so great quality great price fantastic staff and owner. And great clients too.
