Went here for my engagement ring. Can't say enough about how great the service was. The owner worked with me over weeks to source exactly what I wanted and it came out better than I could've imagined. Really fair price as well. 100% recommend.

Saied is a superb jeweler, can fix anything (from resetting precious stones in heirlooms to untangling knots in necklaces), is fast but most of all is hands-down the kindest merchant in town.A man of integrity who I know I can trust. He’s a local treasure ?

Had an heirloom ring resized, job was done satisfactory until about 6 months, when the bottom of the band was noticeably weaker, and eventually split at the bottom, right where the new size insert was placed by this jeweler. I know ring repairs should not, and cannot last forever, but they sure should last longer than that. Do not recommend this business if you need a *daily worn* ring repaired. If it’s a show/decoration piece, go ahead, the ring looked great when repaired and I will not deny that. BUT the repair DID NOT maintain structural integrity after wearing it daily just 6 months of the repair. I firmly believe that if the repair is done right, with care and the customer in mind, it surly would have lasted longer.

I needed some minor work done on some of my mother's old jewelry and I have been going back ever since. Honest, friendly, affordable, no question was too trivial to ask, and their selection of jewelry is breathtakingly beautiful. When you walk in and the owner greets you with a smile and says, "Hey, how are you. How's your mother doing?", you feel welcomed. Highly recommended!

I can't say enough good things about this jeweler. I've been coming here for a few years to have my watches serviced and cleaned and for repairs. The owner is kind and professional and most of all honest. His repairs have been expert. We are lucky to have this jeweler in Port Washington.

I brought my ring in to get resized and the price was reasonable and the service was quick. The owner was always professional. I had to take it back after some dirt was stuck on one of the diamonds and he explained why it looked the way it did, how he was going to fix it, and that it was all up to me. I was here a couple years ago to fix a gold necklace and the service has not changed. Definitely recommend.
