“This is such a fabulous location! I started about 2 months ago, not knowing anything about kickboxing or HIIT. I LOATHED going to the gym and needed to find a good alternative. After searching around a bit, I landed on Port Kickboxing & Fitness and tried a free class - I loved it immediately! Julian, Melissa, and Shannon are amazing instructors that take the time to really know you and your goals. They push you just enough to where you feel empowered yet also tired after each class (in a good way)!
