Shortly after posting my original review the ATMs allowed me to withdraw in multiples of $50 again. Not sure if it was in response to my review but whatever the case I'm happy.

Horrifically bad service from a bank that is losing customers right and left. I have been a Citibank customer for thirty one years. My father used to be a top executive until he retired. Citi simply doesn't care. They have no interest in making clients' lives easier. They put extended holds on checks and charge clients for the holds. Diana Aybar in Port Washington in particular is uninterested in the needs of clients and unwilling to help in any issue. After 31 years, I will be closing my account and all linked accounts. Thanks, Diana!
