Horrible experience. For one, the guy on the phone has an attitude. Also, you get to the shop and there is no one available to help. They said I’m supposed to call before I arrive as if I was supposed to know this information. Real piece of work these guys.

Car stopped working and I was stuck on the road. Asked my wife to call Chester's and come tow me. Turns out it was a bad sensor that triggered when car got hot. Waited and car started and was able to make it home. Although they were on their way to get me, my wife was able to cancel our request. They were very cool with my wife and didn't make us feel bad.

Brokedown with tractor trailer. They showed quickly!
Not building air. Definitely thought it was going to be towed! Fixed line so I could go on my way! Definitely recommend if u need help in a big truck!

If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. I sold my Audi A4 to Carvana and had this towing company pick it up. The Carvana person was totally professional and complemented that the car looked amazing for a 10 year old car. He said that the tow company would contact us when the tow was on their way. So at this point we decided to leave the house and run some errands believing the tow company would call or text they were on their way.
The tow truck driver called and left a voicemail message letting us he was here. He then called again. Started yelling and scream over the phone at my sister. I was stand at least 6 feet away from her and I could hear the whole yelling event. I quickly drove home to get the keys and got there 5 minutes later. There was no apology for yelling at over the phone. I told him that I was told we would be notified when the tow truck was in it’s way to us. “Chester” said that wasn’t the case. He then started to tell me that I got paid and that we should have been there to give him the keys and that the car was NOT ours. I beg to differ when we were not able to deposit the check. We did not get PAID properly for the car. Until this was resolved the car was still mine. There was an error on Carvana’s part. The check they gave me was printed upside down and I was not able to deposit it. We called Carvana and it took over an hour to resolve. So if this was not resolved, I would not have given “Chester” the keys to my car.
I look very young for my age so I assumed he thought I was a young adult in my 20’s and could berate me for this situation. Mind u, I’m almost 50 years old. I have dealt with all types of people in all walks of life and have never come across so crass as Chester. Even in auto body shop, there is a minimum of decorum.
In this day and age, where mom and pop shop r holding on by a thread, Chester & his company needs to realize that they can be one step away from loosing their customers.

My car was towed to this place and the workers searched through my car and stole my collection of Johnny walker worth over $500. The collection included the blue label and even bottles that are discontinued. This is the worse place of buisness I ever saw
