Went in today to buy spirits and was pondering which Cream Ale to buy, which Vodka to buy, and which rum to buy. There were two workers there - one doing nothing but standing behind the register the other stocking up some shelves. There were no other customers. Neither worker bothered to ask if they could help me. After close to 10 minutes I left. Went to Vintage Grapes where they helped me make decisions and bought $75 worth of product. Not trying to be overly critical but I think there are 6 wine stores in town so customer service should not be overlooked.

I do a lot of traveling and this is the best Liqure Store in all of NY. It's not even close. There selection and prices are the best. What makes it even a better place are the people that work there. I stoped by today just to take a look at the bourbon selection and spent an hour talking with the owner. Great people and unreal merchandise. I'll be back
