Scam web site! They will hold up your deposit and not transferring the money to the rental supplier. I eventually got help from the credit card company to get my money back. Worst customer service in the world!

BIG SCAM!! I booked a MINIVAN to be picked up from the location near Toronto Airport about 2 month ago. I booked the pickup for 4 pm. As I was running late I called the customer service and informed them that we will be late and we want them to hold the car for 1-2 hours and we can provide a credit card. The customer said they can not help and asked us to call the location and he provided a phone number. We called the location the person who answered barely spoke any English and kept saying wrong number. I asked him to provide the correct number he hang up on me. I called back again and this time a lady replied I explained to her that we are running late and we would provide a credit card but she said no if you do not come we will cancel the reservation. I kept telling her we are stuck in traffic and we will do our best then she said ok no more than 2 hours, I asked her to take the name down she said no. We arrived at the location and the agent started asking all kinds of questions and requested 2 pieces of ID. He asked where are we going with the car and we said the US. Then he said the car will not be unlimited mileage and started reciting all kinds of ridiculous fees. I showed him my reservation saying clearly unlimited mileage and he said no you should read the policy. I have rented hundreds of cars and never came across a rental that was confirmed as unlimited and then turned out to be limited.
I decided to walk away and called Enterprise and was able to secure a car in less than 10 minutes and the treatment was very different professional, courteous and took 5 min. Never book this company again as they lure you with better rates until you get there and then they put you on the spot. The whole experience was negative. If there was less than 1 star that would be my rating.

The worse company! Please do not waste your time using them! They outsource their service with low class companies and when those companies mess up, they DO NOT HELP YOU AT ALL. You're left in the dust with no vehicle to use and HUGE fees to pay from the other companies.

We recently rented a car through AutoRentals (Hertz) at Milan airport. Everything went smoothly; the car was clean at pick up and check-in on return was quick and efficient. Staff in terminal was very friendly and efficient. Would use AutoRentals in the future. One tip: after booking, keep checking rates right up until a few days before you leave. We saved $300 on our two-week rental because the price suddenly dropped. The flexible cancellation policy on Auto Rentals gives you this advantage although be sure to double check the policy when you book your initial reservation.

We were very pleased with the condition of the car and the rental agency's approach to customer service. We were also very grateful to be able to extend our rental by one day when we saw weather conditions had deteriorated.

I had a good experience renting from them at San Jose, CA. No lines (like at the airports!) and everything was ready and I was done getting my car in 5 minutes. Drop off was even faster. The car was as described and worked fine. When I don't have to rent from the airport this is a very good alternative.
