Went looking for two items. When they didn’t have one of them, I said I would go somewhere else for both. Employee told me “thanks for wasting my time.” EDIT to respond to the owner-I was not at all disrespectful to the employee who made that remark if that is what you are implying.

I found the tangle foot for my trees. No one in the store was able to tell me the drill bit size required for wallboard anchor I had with me. They couldn't measure the anchor. I wish I had a caliper.

Love being able to find in-store items and purchase online with Cashback from 3rd party extensions. Often 15 minute pickup is possible but sometimes NIL store stocking reconciliation issues mean substitutions or cancelations will occur.

Ace is the Place,it has very good help, they come out behind the counter and direct you even take you to the product that your looking for..Great customer service with a smile too!!

I’ve been to better hardware stores, but do I really need to? Because this place and everything that I needed, so why should I go anywhere else? I just don’t understand why people feel like they always have to do something more do something better, but this place does a few things just adequately well sufficient for what we peasants need.
