if someone is an unhappy customer and doesn't want someone to make their hair shorter and are afraid of it getting more messed up a person should stand by their store and refund the person of their money not rudely say you're going somewhere else that's your choice. Yes some may say they'll allow the person to fix it but that isn't always the case and being rude to your customers isn't right at all and hanging up on them. never will return wish I could get my money back. If you don't know how to do something someone asks don't make them feel little and like they don't know what they are asking for. If you don't know the style or how to properly cut thick hair.
