DO NOT GET YOUR CAR REPAIRED HERE! We took our truck to this shop THREE times this year for separate repairs and each time they deemed it "ready" there was something either missing, incomplete, or damaged upon pick up!! The third and final time this happened, we lost all trust in them with repairing our vehicle and requested a small refund instead of -yet another- re-do. Robin did nothing to appease our frustration with the situation...In fact, she only made it worse with her rude attitude and snappy comments. Maybe they've been great with others in the past- especially considering they came highly recommended- but this was not the case for us. I urge you to steer clear of this place!!

Had a great experience they repaired my bumper on my car and painted it 3 years later the paint started to peel a little and they honored their work and repaired it free of charge would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Was referred to R & J and told how professional, helpful, and kind the team was. One of the best experiences I've ever had with a car repair. They negotiated with both our insurance company and assisted with communicating via rental. Repair job (collision) was excellent, communication was clear. I'm not hoping to need another repair anytime soon but if I'd did I'd come back here in a heartbeat.Services: Painting

This father-son duo saved my BUTT! They were so quick with service, I had driven in from out of state and needed an emergency tending to with my car and I'm THRILLED they could take me. 4 other mechanics told me to beat it, and they were beyond kind and accommodating. Thank you guys so much!
