We had a GREAT experience !! We were in a crunch of finding our daughter graduate dorm housing and decided to get her camper as she’s been camping for 24 years (since she’s been born). Mark house was awesome and listened to our needs. Several other mark’s were awesome as well. Several others jumped in when they realize the sway bar wasn’t delivered and they went to a local store to get one so we could take it home as planned. Thank you all!!!

Mike from the Orange County location was great. Mike and the crew there did not pressure or push us. A very enjoyable experience. We bought from the Amsterdam location in 2021 and are working on trading in and upgrading now.

Went and looked at a new Jayco with my wife today. We were helped by David Nied. Unfortunately, we did not end up purchasing because it was not the right camper for us.
However, David Nied was respectful, knowledgeable and most importantly he was not at all pushy. With an appointment, he had everything ready for us to checkout, and pulled inside with the AC running!
Highly recommend checking out this new building, when you do ask for David. You won't regret it.

This place is CLOSED!
We drove by yesterday 7-12-2024 and empty lot no signs that it was there. We went last week and we weren’t told that they were closing or moving location. I find it very odd. I’ll have to look for a new place for RV parts and propane.
We used to like this place for the convenience of being close to Port Jervis area.

Dealership isn’t too bad, but the problem is is they have too many departments once the salesman is done with you; You never see him again he moves you to the finance guy. Once finance guy is done with you. You never seen him again and you basically left alone. Then you are outside with your trailer with a guy who supposed to show you everything about it and he’s not fully educated on all the features of the trailer. They just move you along to each department. Everybody’s friendly, but if I had to do it over again, I would try to find a smaller more family owned business than Alphin Haus. Update changed to 2 stars; come to find out they sold me this brand new travel trailer with a broken part that they knew about, but never told me the day of and then weeks later, inform me of the problem that I have to bring the trailer in and all this nonsense. They messed up. They sold me a trailer with a broken part so I wanted them to just mail me the part but no, they can’t do that. That’s not their policy. I have to drive an hour and a half with a trailer for them to install a four dollar piece of plastic. This was their mistake and it is covered by warranty, but they will not just mail me this piece of plastic that I could install myself they said the only way they’ll mail it to me is if I purchase it from them. So you sell me a broken trailer and refuse to just do right by me to where they should accommodate my request to mail part so I don’t have to drive an hour and a half with a 6000 pound trailer. Stay away from this business they do not care the second that you sign the papers and hand the money over. They’re done with you any other issue you have with your trailer later on good luck getting them to assist you go find a smaller more family owned business than this

We were referred to Alpin Haus by A former employee. I decided any ex-employee that still had an allegiance to there former place that they had worked was a big Sign of confidence to me. Thank You Charlie for the referral.
We are just going to look and we’re not Really expecting to buy something that day. As soon as we open the front door, we were met with the Smile. Say hello and somebody will be right with you. Within a few minutes, someone was right with us and started finding out and collecting information about our family and her needs for camping. Being a family of six We had specific needs because we have all daughters. Closet, space, bathroom, shower, etc. Not even to mention, bedspace privacy and sanity from mom and dad. He collected it all up, went to confirm, firm a few things with a colleague, and we started our search. It was 95° that day July 6th And muggy as heck. He made sure we My husband and I had bottles of water. Even though I refused, he made sure to take an extra bottle with me and I was sure glad he did. Just goes to show how the little things that are Camping specialist Dave Niec did to ensure our well-being and our experience while Looking and going into trailers what must’ve been 120° or more inside.
He worked within our budget and the specs and criteria we needed. Never any pressuring Or going up in our prices just to make that sale. He really did take his time in thinking about what we had said and what we had needed to making our seasonal camping as pleasurable and easy as possible. My husband and I plus our girls have been camping at the same campgrounds for 23 years, my husband’s family has been on the same campsite for 52 Years. So I knew what I wanted In a new trailer. The first trailer we went into we all agreed that it wasn’t really suited for our family, It was beautiful, but it just wasn’t the floorplan I wanted. We moved on and saw a bunch more trailers. Then a beautiful fifth wheel trailer caught my eye, and I asked him “what about that one?” He did say it was at the top of our price range. But it was something about the look of the outside that caught my eye. The make is a cougar and the model is a 368MBI in the color Phantom. Well, you just get that feeling when you know it’s right. Being absolutely exhausted and drenched at this point, we hopped in and it was just perfect. As we locked up the trailer, we told Dave we’d meet him in there. My husband and I had a chat and knew we had to jump on it.
I seriously can’t be happier!!!! I was never pressed Or pushed into anything. I did go to a Show and other places And felt like I was just a commission, Shown things out of my price range, was rushed through trailers and I just didn’t get that warm and happy feeling like I did at Alpin Haus. I guess cause they’re a family owned business is the big difference here
Dave did recommend slide awnings which are a great idea. They protect your slides, and I was planning on getting anyway And a few other things such as a surge protector, etc. So when it came down to signing papers and going through things, I felt secure in my purchase and going to other places I knew that there prices were very competitive and completely fair. They even gave us a military discount. That says a lot about a company, In my eyes.
Sorry about my long review. But I wanted to give you my honest experience up until this point. Next up is, I will be going to Pine Bush at their new location and they will be showing us everything about the trailer. and they’re delivery could be as soon as five days so this is super super exciting. Thank you, Dave and can’t wait till our next meeting. You have not only made it a wonderful experience but A true pleasure meeting you and the staff at Alpin Haus. I will be updating with the next part of our journey!!!!

We had such a wonderful experience at Alpin Haus RV in Port Jervis, NY. Dave was our sales man and he was such a pleasure to work with. There was absolutely no pressure. Everyone we encountered there was incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to anyone considering buying an RV!

I can’t say enough about our experience at Alpin Haus RV in Middletown NY with Asa. We walked in looking for information and we what we received was the red carpet treatment!! Asa answered all our questions and more. He spent time with us and took us through the lot to see what we were interested in. The options were impressive and seemingly affordable.
