“Rushed to the Post Office after work to get there before they closed. Literally made it by 2 minutes. I had to file paperwork to open a PO Box. I was greeted by Ar-Nay who took the extra time to help me even though it was after 5pm. She was so kind and helpful. She didn’t rush me at all. Because of her I was able to cross something off my to-do list without having to come back another day. Thanks, Ar-Nay!”
“I came in because my business card colors were not printing correctly. Tyler was such a HUGE help. I felt like I was at a luxury printing press. He helped me match the color from a previous card I had printed so it was as close as possible. He was super patient and knowledgeable. I am very impressed. “The staff was so helpful. I was sending a package to my son in Buffalo and couldn’t be sure if anyone would be home when the package arrived. I didn’t want the package to get wet or stolen while on the front porch. The associate who helped me explained that I could send to a UPS Store in Buffalo and suggested I call the Buffalo store to make sure that they would be able to receive the package and have my son pick it up for a small fee.”

“Nice staff, in a great location right on Hawkins Avenue and Moriches Rd - close to the mall so when I'm late sending out a present I can literally go from the mall to this post office. They don't have a self service kiosk though.”

“Ever since Covid hit the Mrs has been working from home, it was time for a new chair for her home office, the one she had was too unconfortable to be sitting in for hrs on end so we went to Staples. The second we walked in they asked if we needed, help, we declined for the time being and we went straight to the chairs to check them out. The Mrs tried a few and finnally picked one out, (which also happened to be the same one I liked for myself). A sales associate by the name of Justin came by and asked if we needed help, we accepted and he further elaborated on the features of the chair and suggested we also get a mat since the mrs had trouble maneuvering on our rug. We decided to get the chair and mat and since the chair was a good deal we got one for yours truly as well. Justin got the chairs from the back in no time and placed them in our car. We left very satisfied with our purchases and with the help & courtesy Justin and the sales staff demonstrated. We'll be back to visit this store again the next time we need something for "our office".”

“This is my favorite post office. The staff at the front desk is always very friendly, efficient and willing to assist. And also their closing hours are a little bit more late than most of the other posts offices, they close at 5:30pm, what makes it more convenient.”

“I came in to ship a package recently, and an associate named Rachel tended to my needs. She had such a polite tone and was very patient with me and didn't make me feel rushed. I felt very welcomed with her.”
“I can't say enough about Susana at this location who went way above and beyond helping me with a critical situation. An error was made in addressing a package when someone moved and some very important documents were lost. Susana took control of the situation in an expedient, patient, caring and professional manner. It was amazing that in a facility which handles so much mail every day she was able to locate the package and promptly get it to its correct destination. Susana was humble and acted as if she did it every day and just shrugged it off. Meanwhile, on the other end of the phone all I could think of was Superwoman. I hope that this is put in her employee file and at her next review is remembered. I also hope she is considered at the next review for employee of the month. She certainly has my vote. Thank you again Susana. You will always be the Superwoman of Smithtown to me.”
