“My husband and I spent a long weekend here while visiting family nearby on Long Island. Location was very convenient for our particular needs. The hotel was under construction while we were there but they warned us and put us in another section of the hotel. My husband and I are POC (Latina & Middle Eastern), not negating what others experienced, just saying that we never felt discriminated against, quite the opposite actually. The front desk staff even gave us additional points for a slight inconvenience. There’s a Walmart very close and a few food options within walking distance. We’ll be back for sure!

“Have been to this beautiful venue for a wedding, as well as drinks and food at the bar. Always high quality and delicious! The vibe is good here and it is magically appropriate for everything from romantic dinner, work event, celebration with friends or family, or a big occasion booking. The bar is lively, with great and friendly staff. Everyone is courteous, professional, and accommodating. There is a standout and favorite...Heidi is the best and always makes something special and delicious for us to drink!! I highly recommend stopping by for a drink and a bite. “Reserved a suite for my lady's birthday and wanted to add a few items and decor to the room before we both checked in. I called and spoke to a manager, she said to call back the day of check-in . I did so and talked to a Andrew I believe at about 330pm the day of check-in, he stated we don't do that here ever was his second time reply. I informed him I spoke to someone several days ago , and he responded the same as if I were a inconvenience. Are you sure I insisted and the response was the same. So I ended with fine! , ok, I will be there later. A bit disappointed at the lack of communication between people who work there. Also it seemed as if I was a bother to the person who is suppose to be a customer service, front desk individual. May or may not be back , that was out 1st time visitRooms: The suite was very spacious and very clean.”

“Went with 2 toddlers so we chose this location mostly for food and breakfast. Pool hours are basically all day AND night. Breakfast options were great to get the job done, and rooms were clean.”
“Stayed here for a short stay, bed was very comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the staff was very nice. I tried to take a hot bath because it was SO cold out for me coming from Florida but the drain stopper didn’t work at all. The only thing that was kind of annoying was the wifi. I did the whole login thing and everything and it just did not connect at all. So if you were trying to work from your room it probably won’t work.”
“Right off a quiet part of the main road , so it was a quiet and peaceful stay , great service and moderately priced. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay ! Oh and comfortable beds !!!!Walkability: Many desirable businesses are very close!!”

“The Hilton Garden Inn MacArthur Airport is overall a great hotel! The only complaints I could have is some minor things that need fixing in the rooms like a the bathroom door could use some new paint and some repairs of chipping on the middle bed side shelf. This is a great place for businesses trips as they provide you with a in room Ethernet connection. There is no communal business center as it mentions on their website. There is just a printer but no computers but there is plenty of space to set up your computer in your room and to connect to the WiFi through the Ethernet. The lobby is absolutely beautiful and gorgeous, they have a snack place for snacks for purchase and even a restaurant! The only thing that would make this hotel the best ever is an indoor pool! That would make an amazing addition. It would be great if they would include the breakfast and parking in the price of your room. This hotel is also very pet friendly!Safety: The safety is top notch with the main doors to the lobby being locked through the main hours of the night and all other entrances locked 24/7 where you have to have a keycard to unlock it. The only thing that I could note is it seemed like the windows in the hallways and the room could be opened.Food & drinks: They had many options in the little snack shop in the lobby and a full restaurant also.”

“We only ate lunch for my brother in laws birthday, we didn't stay in any rooms. We are local, from Port Jeff.
The food was great, the environment was good, and the service was great.
The only thing I would change is the Sangria. They tasted like flavored water. Very watered down and couldn't taste any liquor in them. We actually ordered 3 carafes (2 white, 1 red) and were disappointed but it wouldn't stop us from returning. We just won't order the Sangria.”
