Got a pair of shoes from the back that I liked in my size and took them home. $65. They had already been worn, used, and the leather was torn.. oh well. A lot of the clothes just feels like, Shien or dropshipped. Just wish I had a better experience with the products but it wasn’t great.

I was a frequent shopper here but not anymore. I bought a pair of linen pants and washed them according to the tags instructions. Completely shrunk the pants and can go longer wear them. Reached out to the manager and was told there is nothing they can do about it. Not a refund, not a store credit. Horrible customer service...

Went to buy something for the wife and girls that worked there had an attitude. No help or anknowledgment when we walked in door!
They could not have cared less about the customers! The vibe feels like that they are better than you….

They had a store here in Patchogue village that was always closed. The be right back sign on the door . And when they were open they had no customers ? and when they had the nerve to say it was over safety ? more like our teen girl employees are snotty and scared to talk to strangers ? goo goo not a good way to run a business.

Very disappointed in this store. Somehow I bought something off a regular rack that was final sale. The sales manager was very rude and not very accommodating. Apparently they only have a size small. Would not recommend shopping here. Never mind there’s a poor selection of style sold here

I’m letting everyone know that this store prides themselves in NOT accommodating their customers. The staff airs on being rude and snarky and the owner hides behind there incompetency. It’s no surprise their stores are closing. Customers don’t come first in fame and rebel. Ugh. Huge disappointment

I love this shop!!! The girls are always so helpful but aren't in your face making you feel uncomfortable to buy something. The perfect balance! It's always a great shopping experience. Affordable prices and a boutique experience. Def my favorite place to shop and support a local business.

Came in while waiting for our dog food across the street to be ready. Wife found 2 things she really liked but the girl at the register never even acknowledged us, even after looking directly on my face. So we walked out and bought nothing on principle. There wasn't a single other person on the store. I guess a sale wasn't important enough to her.

I drove here from Philadelphia to visit my sister and the first store I stopped by was this! ❤️ Amazing clothes and I went a little overboard, but every piece was very unique and very great quality. I was tired of the same stores selling the same things and this store definitely sells unique and trendy clothes. I’ll be back!

This shop is the BEST! If I need an outfit or just have the urge to go shopping, the first and only place I go to is Fame and Rebel. The price of the clothing is super affordable, and the quality of the clothing is amazing. I do not live near the stores in New York, so my trips to the stores have been cut short, but their online website has been my life saver! This store has something for everyone and for every occasion!
