We are not fisherman but wanted to try something new and we were not disappointed! Eric is a great teacher, very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor! We would definitely do this again, but only with Eric because he set the bar really high for us! Thank you!

5 of us went out for a bachelor party weekend. The captain was fantastic - fun, energetic, super helpful and involved. Caught TONS of fish which he fillet for us at the end. Great time overall and worth it!

We were gifted a charter with Capt Eric for Father’s Day, and it was a tremendous one. We immediately had a great repoire with Eric, and he was a consummate professional. He was attentive, informative, and friendly. As a fishing novice I was initially having trouble catching anything besides a tan out on the water, but after he gave me a few critical pointers that he provided clearly and patiently, I reeled the biggest catch of the day. When we were finished and safely pulled back into Port Jeff, he graciously and efficiently filleted everything we caught, then bagged and iced down our take. I am extremely happy with my experience with Capt Eric, and I encourage anyone to charter your next outing with him. Thanks again, Eric!

My friends and I went out on a day trip and we had the best fishing experience I’ve ever had. The captain had us on top of fish in minutes and we ended up catching a lot of porgy, sea bass and fluke! Great day and the captain was always very helpful and giving us great advice! Excellent experience over all and I would gladly go again hopefully soon!

My first ocean fishing charter and it was a great experience. We were catching fish practically every time we cast and made a pass. Very professional and knew all of the best spots. Eric was super knowledgeable and made catching Bluefish, Striped Bass, Black Bass, and Porgy easy. I would recommend this guy to anyone who wants a great fishing experience in Port Jefferson.

The best, #1 fishing charter company on Long Island. Captain Eric is amazing. He's very knowledgable, personable and professional. I told him I wanted to catch Striped Bass and as soon as we left Port Jefferson Harbor I caught a keeper. He knows the Long Island Sound like the back of his hand. The bites were coming all day from Flukes, Striped Bass, and Sea Robins. I 100% recommend Captain Fish and Captain Eric if you are looking to charter a fishing boat on Long Island. Amazing time with an amazing captain. Captain Eric was very informative and helpful. He was also very funny. We ended up catching 60 porgis, 4 sea bass and 2 bluefish. It was a fun and amazing trip. Would love to do this trip again!

CAPTAIN ERIC took six complete novices out on the sound and brought us back with 60 porgys, two bluefish, four sea bass, and one dogfish. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient on the boat. He took great care of us and made sure we were all having a great time. My group had a fantastic time and will certainly be in touch with Captain Eric again!

I took my wife and teens out for a morning trip with Eric for my wife’s birthday. We caught 40 Porgys and my wife said it was a perfect birthday. Eric is a great captain and host. His boat is clean and comfortable. We went straight to the spot and started catching immediately. Great fun.

Great experience with Captain Eric. Highly experienced fisherman and knows where to go and what to do to get you the best catch. Was very appreciative when he went out of his way to help my dad when he was having trouble. Great boat too. Highly recommended!

We had the pleasure of going out on Capt. Fish, it was just myself and my grandfather who is 92.(yes 92) Captain Eric had us on fish the whole time and it was a great afternoon. We've been fishing these waters for a very long time but when grandpa sold his boat we had no choice except party boats. Luckily we found Capt. Fish and he blew them out of the water. It was as if we were back on grandpas boat with our new friend Eric who did not stop working the entire time to make our trip full of "fish on's!" Looking forward to getting back out on Capt. Fish for some more fun!!
