Got rear-ended on the Cross Island Parkway. My insurance company sent me here. The three day estimate took five days and the repair involved a new rear bumper so my Clean Pass stickers became an issue but that's not their fault. It's really just minor annoyances (on top of the major one of being rear-ended). They did a great job with my car and I will use them again the next time I get rear-ended.

When the vehicle was inspected for damages additional damages were IDENTIFIED and I was never contacted for necessary work to completed and paid for by the insurance. So they waited til I came to inform me items damaged from the accident were not done. The additional damages were my windshield, front tires and a wheel alignment. Just the tires and wheel alignment was $400!!!! Then to top it off my front bumper broke within a week.Will never refer or return in the future.Disgusted!!!!Services: Body & Trim

I had great service from C & C two days ago! I went in for a repair and Nicole and Sam were incredibly helpful. The repair job they did on my bumper and rear quarter panel was amazing and the price was far, *far* lower than I expected! I hope I never have to have auto body work done again but if I do C & C will be the only place I consider.

On Thursday I parked my car in a parking lot and made the mistake of parking over that concrete stopper. Well when I backed out I heard a crunch and sure enough I dislodged the bumper. This is going to be a costly mistake. So I take my car to my regular mechanic just to see if he could do anything. Rich tells me nope, clips are broken. Now I'm the type of guy who likes to get everything done at one place. In fact if Elite Automotive gave haircuts I'd go there. Ok so they tell me to go to C & C Collision and show Charlie my problem. I'm expecting a sales pitch for a new bumper. Charlie explained, no this is a minor cosmetic fix. Tells me bring the car in tomorrow morning. I follow his instructions and leave the car. A couple of hours latter a very nice young lady, I think Sandy calls. Mr. E your car is ready. I walk in, and they give me my keys and walk away. What about the bill I ask. No, no bill. It was a very easy fix, just keep us in mind if you ever need anything else. I'm still in shock. Now I'm wondering if they give haircuts because I'm now a customer for life. Now not because of the "no charge", but they understand customer relations, and I for one appreciate that. Now I hope I never wreck any of my cars but if I do or need any kind of auto body work, I'll definitely be going to C & C Collision, and you should go there too. And if Charlie starts giving haircuts that'll be another reason for me to go there.

Took care of my car when it needed its fixed. Above board in car and customerservice. Did an excellent job and cleaned it up afterwards. Totally reccomend C & C Collision.

I was very upset after my new, 2 day old car was in an accident. The staff there immediately put me at ease and took the pressure off of me from a bad situation. They are very professional but also caring .people. I really appreciate the time they gave me to explain everything in detail. I highly recommend them !

I took my car to this shop because it was hit & my door was smashed in along with some other damage. C&C did a excellent job on the repairs, very professional & my car was ready within days. Sam the girl infront is very helpful & sweet, lovely to work with. Highly recommend
