I am a professional technician, been coming here for a long time for my personal car. Last week i needed oil, i accidently bought the wrong weight oil and 15 minutes later i went back thinking i could simply exchange it for the right weight, same price and brand, i did not open the bottle and went back as soon as i realised. The very same guy at the counter gave me the hardest time about it because i couldnt find my receipt and acted like i was such a burden on him. After arguing back and 4th he finally just said fine and let me swap the oil hence the 2 stars vs. 1 something that should have been so simple was made into a headache. Needless to say ill get my parts across the street at advanced

Was at this location a month ago, I work at the Wendy’s right next to Autozone, my car was dead and wouldn’t start I walked to Autozone to get a new battery for my car I was greeted by a man named Nicholas he was super helpful got me the correct battery I need and walked back to Wendy’s with me and installed it in the parking lot because of his help I was able to drive home

They always seem to have what you are looking for, but staff is kinda trashy, cursing behind the counter, smoking by the front doors, The staff does seem somewhat knowledgeable though, But if there was a closer AutoZone I would go to that one.

Worst place, the customer service sucks, I went there a nice guy helped me at first, I had to go back to the store because what I purchased was missing a piece, I ask this other guy and he rolls his eyes at me and I was trying to understand what he was saying, he was rude and gave me two options I told him that I had no idea and he keep repeating at me I just told him one and he said I don’t have that and I said what about the other one he said I don’t have any of them. I was so polite and he was so rude. It was a white old guy with no hair.
