As a healthcare professional myself, I am so appreciative of the professionalism of every single member of the zwanger team. Making an appointment was seamless, checking in was quick and efficient and the ultrasound tech was incredible. My report was prompty read and available by the radiologist, posted on the portal without delay. I waited over a year to get this done due to concerns surrounding family history. However, if I knew things would be handled so professionally and efficiently I would have booked this long ago, without reservation. Thank you, Zwanger.

Be careful when scheduling a test at Zwanger as they use you to train their employees. As if the sonogram was not very expensive and very uncomfortable they had a trainee spend what seemed like forever practicing sono techniques on me. After complaining twice about being uncomfortable, the person took over and STARTED THE TEST FROM THE BEGINNING.My wife had the same experience with a mammogram. Be forewarned.Maybe practice on your own staff or in a school setting

I would give this place 10 stars if I could.. The medical team/staff were awesome.., friendly, warm, accommodating (they went beyond), everything you would want from your medical providers. Thank you Zwanger-pesiri Port Jeff!

Called to reschedule a CT Scan as a have a bad cold,and with people fearful of COVID decided to reschedule. First woman i spoke with was so pleasant and understanding, hoping I felt better soon. Switched me to scheduling and what a difference. Wouldn't help me, didnt speak, thought she hung up. Will call another ZP for my test

I originally gave a poorer rating because of all the difficulties my wife and I encountered getting an appointment and getting my wife's ultrasound and mammogram. I am updating my rating because I received a call from the Director of Customer Support apologizing and telling me she smooth the way for my wife to get her tests done. True to her word the second time was a charm and everything went smoothly. We will definitely be using Zwanger-Persiri in the future.

Just got home from my mammogram and sonogram having had breast cancer it’s a stressful time each year but made so much easier by this facility! From the receptionist to Danielle who did my mammogram she is amazing ! and the lovely girl who did my sonogram ( can’t remember her name ) everyone is just awesome ! Can’t praise this place enough

Just returned from an MRI at Zwanger Persiri Levittown. Let’s begin with you knowing I was terrified! (We have used them before and never a complaint.) It was an 8 am appointment and I arrived at 845. The front desk staff was efficient and helpful. Next the technicians had me in the MRI suite before 8. They were friendly, professional and very caring. They made a difficult day, as pleasant as possible. Hopefully my family and I will not need radiology services. If we do, Zwanger Persiri will be our “go to” place. Please be aware, the front desk staff is cut down and call center staff is working remotely. A little bit of patience and it’s all good.

Reception staff speaks loudly about personal conversations with subject matter that no one needs to hear. This location is ridiculously unprofessional & I would never come back. When did it become acceptable for staff at any business to discuss personal matters. In fact, one of the front end ladies is speaking to a family member who is behind the counter just complaining.

Had an MRI of my brain and am so glad I had it done here. The appointment was made quickly and thoroughly, as they are flexible with time. The receptionist was very nice, instantly making me more comfortable. Paperwork took about 10 minutes and there was hardly any wait time before I went in. The technician was great: he explained the procedure, gave me headphones that played music from the Pandora channel I requested and kept me updated throughout each photo. (The machine is also wide-bore so it's a tad bit less claustrophobic. ) The scan was done within 10-15 minutes and I got the results through their online portal less than 48 hours later. Would highly recommend!
