I went to go buy some fresh mozzarella as a treat and was follow around the whole store by a man who worked there. I wanted to get pasta and something from the bakery but I felt too uncomfortable with this guy following me around. He followed me all the way to check out and just stood next to me as the cashier rang me up. Never said a word or asked if I needed help just followed me all through the store. Super creepy.

Catering service did a wonderful job with my grandsons 1st birthday. We ordered some hot food, along with sandwich platters, and a cake. Everyone loved the food, and the cake was outstanding. We asked for a cake for 16-20 people and what we got was a cake for 40+. This thing was a monster, but it was beautifully decorated and delicious.

Has anyone noticed that there’s a change in the uncle Giuseppe fresh squeezed orange juice taste lately? It taste like they put in grapefruit juice. I’ve bought their expensive orange juice for a long time because the first time I have a drank it tasted like an orange that I had never tasted before very sweet, fresh and delicious, but now it tastes if they putting grapefruit juice in the orange juice. Is anyone else noticing this flavor change?

I love this store! The deli has expanded and dinner is always available. The biggest difficulty is in which item to choose. The meat department is excellent as is the extensive cheese department. I love that they give cheese samples. I don't use the bakery, but I see lots of happy faces.

I like the hot buffet. Good chicken franchise, eggplant Parmigiano, etc. What I don't like is the two Latina ladies who clean up and take the food away too quickly, around 7:30 pm. They also seem very inappropriate, laughing and talking to each other in Spanish when they're cleaning up the bar, almost like they enjoy taking it away from customers like me.

I didn't find everything I wanted and the frozen veggies section wasn't completely stocked so I had to change my choices. I have had their Thanksgiving catered several times ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. It is an experience you must try.UPDATE the last two Christmas Eves I picked up already prepared large shrimp cocktail platters. In the past they have been perfect. These two years the shrimp and lettuce on the platter was soaking wet. I had to take everything out and drain the water and dry the lettuce and shrimp. It was a lot of work as my family LOVES it. I called the first time and when my next even came I went back and got another platter. Second verse same as the first. I had to drain the water, dry the lettuce and even put the shrimp in the oven to dry them out. I get it was a super busy holiday day time but quality control has to be a priority. I got a credit and bought other groceries. I'll go back but not for shrimp.

Sometimes I wonder? Who puts some of these people in position to work with people? Smh. Today my daughter was shopping and purchased some items at customer service. Big fat heavyset guy with St. Patrick’s green wide hat on his head didn’t even ask her if she needed a bag after she paid for her items then he says the bag is 25 cents she says OK I’ll run to the car and get it. He says no I will not allow you to walk out of the store without paying the 25 cents are you serious you working in customer service and you won’t allow me to run to the car to get $.25 you need to be fired. You need to be sat down and you need to not even be allowed to work with people. In customer service is not for you! The manager comes over and he says no problem go ahead! Sad!

I've tried the catering 2 times, and it's hit and miss. Which is annoying for the prices charged. For Thanksgiving, I found the turkey breast to be of lower quality than I expected, but the sides, particularly the stuffing, were excellent. The antipasto platter was amazing. Then, for Christmas, I tried some of the seafood. The 7-fishes marinara was divine. But the fried calamari was overcooked and rubbery. The linguine with clam sauce was OK, but I won't order it again. Even though extra sauce was provided, the pasta was still too dry. The "small" salad could have fed my whole team at work. Shopping in store is very tempting as there are so many varieties of meals, desserts, cheeses, meats, baked goods, and international foods, and I understand that the prices reflect the quality, freshness and in-house preparation/cooking, but I always limit myself to trying only one or two things to see if I will like them. I was very pleased to find that they sell regular grocery items, such as my favorite cereal. The parking here is awful! The lot is designed strangely, with many angles and blind spots. It's always packed in the lot, and trying to maneuver around is stressful. Other drivers tend to be aggressive or oblivious. Avoid parking here during or after heavy rains. There isn't enough proper drainage, and the large, deep puddles that result block many of the parking spots.

Always consistent and good. Everything fresh and good quality. A little expensive but in some cases worth it.
