Excellent gym and trainers. Highly recommend for those looking to learn the sport of boxing.

This gym is the worse. Me and my cousin brought our sons here and the really skinny coach acts like he has a chip on his shoulder. And from the gyms I'm familiar with he didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. When I found out he never even boxed we decided to let the kids try MMA instead.

The coaches here are excellent! They really know how to treat younger kids. My 8 year old is really enjoying learning the sport and getting in shape at the same time.

Great Boxing Gym but what really pulls this gym together are the amazing instructors and workout partners. I've done CrossFit before and found it repetitive and boring. Not the case for Royals Boxing Gym, I felt challenged and engaged while improving upon motor skills, aerobics, and muscular development. Highly recommend!

Went to Royal's today for the first time; recommended by a friend who is a member. You get a free pretty much two hour session on your first visit. I worked with Cal, who was awesome. I hit the gym often but barely touch cardio. The workouts here are awesome and intense. It is really an all-around workout and you feel it. I appreciate that the trainers push you. You also have a cool sense of camaraderie with the other folks as well. Out of our group of five or six, there was at least one other person who was here on their first visit. I will definitely be going back! Highly recommended!

I walked into that gym while facing one of the worst times of my life. The coaches were not only understanding but challenged me, pushed me then taught me what true mental strength is. Coach Calvin and Thomas taught me rules that applied in the ring, and to the fight for my life. They are attentive, professional and accepting regardless of age or gender as long as you come ready to work. 1. Be aggressive. 2. Always move forward. 3. Vary your punches. 4. Make each punch a set up for the next one. Thank you Coaches. See you soon.

The whole gym is very dirty. They do not have cleaning habits. It is so repulsive. The trainers are good, but the whole place stinks. They should try to make the place clean. It is a very dirty place

The set up seemed pretty cool except it was too hot. I was trying to sit still so I wouldn't sweat but that didn't do much, considering I still felt the sweat coming off my face. Then the fight I went to see didn't even happen because the opponent was too heavy. Therefore, there was no reason to stay and watch. So as I was leaving I asked for my money ($25) back since the fight was canceled. I only saw the beginning fight and they only gave me $10 back. That's a little ridiculous. I should have gotten most of my money back. This gym needs to work on their organization. They should have all fighters there before anyone comes to watch to make sure everyone makes weight so they don't take people's money.

Coach Calvin and Coach Thomas are amazing. They pay great attention to everyone training in the gym and they are great role models for kids in the community.
