didn't wait 5 minutes and already called me. However, on Thursday morning, the Black phebotomist with big eyelashes did this terrible blood drawn. The needle was by the side of the vein, not in the middleI asked why she does like this, not a straight answer

I think that when you have an emergency closing you should call and tell patients I had a medical cab bring me there and to see a note on the door luckily he was still in the parking lot other wise I would've had to wait an hour and a half

The Phlebotomist Nancy was so patient and helpful with me. I did not have an appointment and she help me get set up and took me in anyways. Made my experience extremely pleasant. The overall process is fairly quick and easy and made something as tedious as getting blood drawn mostly enjoyable.Thank you!!

Just wanted to say I had a great experience at quest. Carla and Jennifer went above and beyond in helping me acquire and download a much needed bloodwork script. They were patient and effective and really helped me out.

Was a little nervous to go to this location because of the reviews, but it turned out well! I went there on Sep 13 and Jen was fantastic - she found my vein immediately. If you are lucky to get her, you're in great hands?

Was in and out in 20 mins and ahead of my appointment. I think Carla was the name of the phlebotomist. Sure fast and got me one the first stick which is very rare for me. Pretty pleased with how easy it was.

RIDICULOUS!! Before covid, Quest actually functioned as an evident company. Here we are in 2023, there are 4 employees, and they can't service 6 appointments in an hour (so days the TV monitor). They have 4 walk in appointments waiting over 2 1/2 hours. Employees are in no hurry, talking amongst themselves about their weekend, on their phones, walking around, etc. Everyone in the waiting room is bewildered at their lack of work.

Super long wait. Other Quest places I’ve been have taken me right at my appointment time, maybe a few minutes late. This office, I’ve been waiting 20 minutes and from the number of annoyed people in the waiting room, I think I’ll be waiting a long time.

The technician Melissa that drew blood last Friday was so kind and considerate. I remember her from previous visits. She is always friendly and makes me feel so comfortable when I have to have blood taken. I would highly recommend this location and I'm so happy it's close to my home.

Super slow, got here and only 2 people ahead of me and nobody being worked on (early appointment), got here before my appointment time and am still sitting here with the same people 10mins after my appointment time. Nobody has been called in. Horrible, waiting room filling up now with coughing sneezing people. Just what I wanted to avoid. Do yourself a favor and go to Lab Corp

The most pleasant experience I've ever had having blood taken. I signed in on the iPad when I arrived and was called in within a minute or 2. I have never had an easy time having blood drawn. My vein is very deep and I've had 6+ phlebotomists work for what is probably cumulatively close to a half hour just trying to find my vein with the butterfly needle. It feels like someone is playing your vein like a guitar string. Every one of these times, they end up having to go through the back of my hand. Well, my phlebotomist this time, Lizeth, aside from being a very nice woman, was extremely confident and able to find my vein with just one poke. Straight to the vein. I was so impressed that I had to come write this review. Never going anywhere else. Thank you, Lizeth!

I've had great experiences at this Quest location. They are very efficient when you have an appointment time. My phlebotomist, Maria was an angel on earth. I had to go in for my prenatal blood work. I requested to be laid down, and told her I have a history of almost always passing out during blood draws. She was happy to lay me down during the procedure and talked to me the entire time. The conversation distracted me so much that I was not even phased by a 7 tube collection. I could not have done it without her and I was really happy she was my phlebotomist that day.

There are signed everywhere saying "waiting room max capacity: 4" due to COVID. The waiting room had 9 people in it. Awful. This place should be shut down.
