“UPDATE:After my previous review, i was able to speak ro a very helpful and friendly member of the pharmacy team and explain some of my problems and concerns. The person went out of her way to address my issues and explain ro me how certain things go with stocking and insurance, and helped to resolve some of my worries. I will be returning for another try! I recommend this pharmacy ro anyone who is disabled and needs a close relationship with their pharmacy. If you don’t get answers immediately, be a little persistent. The pharmacist will investigate for you!!I am very saddened to have had to leave this pharmacy in recent months. Having been a long time customer for years prior to the transfer of ownership, it's very disappointing. I will say that the pharmacy team is friendly and they do their best to help. However, for me personally, there have been too many problems with stocking and ordering of medications since the new ownership. Some of the people who answer phones are not always friendly. They will say they ordered medication, and when you call the next day, it either was not ordered or it did not come in. It is also sad to see a lot of previous staff members left, The purpose of this review is not to bash the pharmacy. My hope is that it helps improve things for the future. As someone who is disabled and homebound, the deliveries were a big help, but it becomes an issue when you can't get your medication. I have many underlying medical issues and take many medications, so it is something I can not gamble when other pharmacies are able to order with no issues. I have since had to move pharmacies, but in the future, I hope this pharmacy can improve so I can try again, because, in fairness, I did enjoy my experience only until recently,”

“Every time I go to this CVS and Luanne is there I leave with everything I need! She always remembers my families names and helps us find everything we need! if we were sick the week before, she always asks how we are feeling. She is truly a very caring person! Luanne is always friendly and smiling! She definitely works very hard to help all the customers! I see her acting this way with everyone she comes across as well! If only all workers everywhere were as dedicated! Thanks Luanne!”
