The best OT studio. Coaches and staff are just amazing. Classes are fun and the energy is awesome. Working out at OTPJ in the morning is the best way to start the day.

The trainers are great fun and talented, the workouts are hard and effective. This particular studio is relatively small, but they do a lot with what they have. Would recommend!

Great fitness chain - enthusiastic coaches, high energy workouts, classes-only system, good clientele, clean equipment, good showers and lockers. Front desk staff is super polite and friendly, nice welcoming vibe overall the moment you walk through the doors. Great location - ample parking, easy to access. Easy to find a spot in the classes on a weekend morning (which is usually the toughest spot). My only minor annoyance is about the need for dedicated heart rate monitors at Orangetheory overall, not specific to this location. After owning (and wearing) an Apple Watch and a MyZone heart rate monitor, I would have preferred if I did not have to wear a third separate device, remember to charge it, and bring it with me. Hope we see fitness tracker consolidation soon!

Scam!!! They charge you if you can't make a session even if you have unlimited classes

Friendly staff. The coaches are encouraging and knowledgeable. I am newly post partum and need modifications for a lot of workouts. They have been able to help me on the fly. I already feel a difference and am motivated to keep coming back. So glad I joined.

Precovid I was at the OTF in northport and I have to say I much more enjoy the PJS one. I just rejoined about a month ago after not working out for quite some time and have had a positive experience. The classes are “small” compared to northport which I love and there are never any wait lists. Isabelle and Hannah are super sweet and the people upfront are always smiling and happy.Really enjoying my time back!

Short version: Great workouts, Horrible (borderline scam) cancellation policy. Also, look at my previous reviews on google. I never write reviews unless they are 5 star as a way to boost great companies, I don't like writing negative reviews, but I wrote this as a warning to others.Rant: Full disclosure, I absolutely love working out at OTF. I started years ago at the Stonybrook Location and preached to everyone I knew that this was the best workout you could get. I brought in 6 guests, and 3 signed up for long term contracts. I still tell people how great the workouts were. But god forbid you ever try to cancel. Fast forward to 2020, the pandemic hit and I tried to cancel as my wife was pregnant and I couldn't go into the gym. They told me the only way to get a cancellation was to come in in person. I explained I didn't think that was a good idea but they insisted. I had to navigate a gym full of dozens of people and expose myself to risk to hand in a cancellation form. I was upset but still stuck it out and signed up again for pre-opening prices at Port Jeff because I missed the workouts so much. Covid got worse again and my son was born premature. I put the account on hold for $15 a month and let it ride to hold my pricing. Now here we are at the end of 2021, I decided to cancel because I'm still not comfortable going in for in person workouts. They told me I need to fill out a PDF and send it back which I did. No charges for Nov, all good. December 6th comes and I'm charged again for $149.00. I called back and they tell me " thats their policy". Nobody told me this, nobody told me when I cancelled I had another charge coming, that I had classes I could use, nothing. I called and very politely explained. "Sorry, nothing we can do." It upsets me because I love the service and would love to continue using it in the future, but I refuse to do business with a company that makes it difficult to leave. Let your customers decide when they want to come and go and they will be loyal. Trying to scam them out of $149 during a pandemic when people are having hard times financially reeks of desperation and pettiness.

I have been given four different opening dates in the last 3 months and we are no closer now to having an actual date than we were then. INcredibly frustrating when I intentionally didn't sign up for other gyms during the New Year special pricing periods that every other gym offered because I was of the impression this place would be open. Can't even get a call back or any concession from the ownership. Doubt they will be successful if this is how they run their business already.
