My daughter is a recent graduate of Mill Pond Pre-K program. She started attending the school since she was a 4mo infant. Now that she has been going to public Kindergarten for over two months, I can tell she is very prepped from Mill Pond.The past 4-5 years have been an excellent experience with the teaching team at Mill Pond. Choosing Mill Pond was the best decision our family have ever made.Mill Pond rocks!!!

My son along with my wife and I absolutely love this program. Just short of calling out his teacher Mrs.Grace and all the assistants/administrators . All are stellar and honestly couldn’t give me more peace of mind knowing that he is being cared for properly and with love and attention. They are teaching him the groundwork life skills in a way that would make any parent proud.

We love Mill Pond! We have seen growth in my daughter since going there. She has learned so much, and the staff and teachers are amazing!

We are so happy with Mill Pond of Setauket and the entire staff. Our daughter started at Mill Pond Nursery & Childcare of Setauket/Port Jeff when she was 6 months old until the week before she began Kindergarten. Not only did she learn, grow, and excel, but she enjoyed her time there tremendously and talks about her time there very fondly. Her younger brother (now age 2) began at 3 months old and loves everyone and everything at Mill Pond. He’s learning, growing, and so incredibly happy every morning. We highly recommend Mill Pond for childcare/pre-school/pre-k/summer camp!

This school has been such an incredible help to my son, he has been enrolled since he was 2 years old and they have offered him everything he needed to thrive in all aspects of his childhood development. They offer daily updates which we will miss a lot when he's enrolled in kindergarten next year. They understand that children are not meant to sit still, in a desk for hours. They offer a great dynamic between play and learning. Interaction with every teacher has been incredibly personal. My other son is now enrolled and I am sure his brother will be also. My wife and I cant say enough good things about the school and its staff. I have no doubt that my boys will thrive in the public school system based on the foundation this school has helped them build.

I cannot recommend Mill Pond enough to any parent searching for childcare in the three village area. My son has developed leaps and bounds since starting here at 9 months old. The staff has always been excellent with communicating with us. My son looks forward to coming here every day to see his friend!

My Daughter has been attending Mill Pond from 8 months old, she has received attentive and exceptional care for over 2 years now.Seeing her smiling face with friends during the day makes my life so much happier.Thank you Mill Pond!

I can't Rave about this nursery school enough! My daughters love it and we love how the staff cares for and truly love them (both in infant and prek classes). The environment is clean and child centered and we appreciate all they do for us as a local nursery school! Check them out! Highly recommend!

Mil Pond is one of the best daycares around. The staff treats your child as their own. My family had had wonderful experiences and highly recommend them to anyone!!

Over the last 4 years Mill Pond has become part of our family. Teachers, parents, kids. It’s an amazing community to be a part of. After my daughter was born in 2018 we had been in two other day cares before we joined Mill Pond. We had finally found our fit. Everyone quickly became family and I trusted her there. Our son was born in 2021 and I immediately felt comfortable leaving him as an infant. Now my daughter is prepping to move up to kindergarten and I know she is ready thanks to the amazing staff at MP!!

I absolutely love Mill Pond! I was incredibly nervous at the thought of dropping my 4 month old at daycare. I needed somewhere I felt he would be nurtured, safe and loved. I went to a few different places and Mill Pond was the best by far! I love how they send me pictures and share details about my son throughout the day. They’re always welcoming and supportive and makes my family feel at home. Best yet, my son LOVES it there! 10 out of 10!

As a working mom, it was important to me that I found a pre-k program for my 3 year old that was longer than just a few hours. I went to Mill Pond and couldn't be happier with my decision. My daughter was a pandemic baby with little to no socialization outside of my immediate family, so transitioning to any kind of childcare/school was really tough on her. The teachers at Mill Pond were so understanding and worked with her to get adjusted. She is thriving now at Mill Pond, loves the teachers, her classmates, and has the best time! I can see how much she has learned by the way she speaks and behaves at home. Plus, as a parent, you get access to their app which allows you to get messages and photos in real time, which was such a blessing for a nervous mom! I would recommend Mill Pond to anyone I know and I'm excited to send my son there as well!

We love Mill Pond. It feels like family. My son had been in a few daycares prior when we moved around and nothing has compared. He has adjusted so well, loves all his teachers and enjoys going to school every day. We are thrilled to know he’s well taken care of here.
