About a month ago, I ordered a mattress, base nd pillow for my son and Nicholas the sales person was absolutely professional, patient and thorough with everything I needed. After the delivery, I was so impressed that I had to order a mattress for myself as well. I have been in retail for over 25 years and I can tell you this young man is exceptional and an asset to any company. I am extremely happy with my products, the delivery and the outstanding customer service that I received. If you are considering a new mattress, look no further, Nicholas is attentive and very knowledgeable...a true gem.

Port Jefferson Station store. Friendly and efficient. Return policy for sagging mattress not a friendly system. All online. Alot of work for an elderly person. Pics of mattress, box spring, frame, tags. Then go to store.
