Please don't waste you're time going here, all he does is fit you for shoes and order them from Amazon and charge you $100 over the Amazon price. Save you're time and money and shop elsewhere.

I purchased a pair of sneakers at LICS approximately 2 months ago, the owner Phil is an extremely friendly and helpful. He is a true professional, I did not feel pressured into buying something Phil took his time to measure my feet ( I have to wear orthopedic inserts) he then explained what type of sneakers he felt I would like, he then proceeded to bring out some for me to try unfortunately he didn’t have my size in the one I liked but rest assured he ordered them for me and within a week I had my new sneakers. Phil won’t sell you something just to make a sale he treats you like family. I have been totally happy with my purchase and have had no complaints from my feet I will be back to purchase sneakers again. Highly recommend Phil and his store Long Island Comfort Shoes

I purchased a pair of sneakers there about a month ago, Phil the owner takes pride in his work. I was shown several different styles of sneakers. Phil then explained which would be better for Me because I wear orthopedic inserts, I found a style I liked, Phil then explained he had to order them it would take about a week, well 6 days later my sneakers arrived, I took them for trial walk in store and they fit like s glove. I have been wearing them now for 6 weeks and pain I was having with my toes has gone away. I'm totally satisfied with product and the way Phil treats you like family. I will be going back soon to order another pair. I highly recommend this place

If you're having trouble finding shoes because of foot problems, This is the place to go. Phil is so helpful and I feel very fortunate to have found him! He's the Dr. Phil of shoe comfort!!!

LICS was recommended to me by my ankle surgeon for a brace to avoid surgery. Phil, the owner is very nice and extremely personable. He takes a lot of pride in his work and the service is impeccable. He made casts of my ankles and had a great pair of braces made for me. I have been to different orthopedic supply firms, but Phil is by the far the best I have used. I genuinely enjoyed meeting him and the experience was great.

Attentive, but keep in mind there are No Return or refunds of any kind. I bought a regular selection of full price comfort shoes for $140 (not via a promotion, not on sale, not special order) and experimented wearing in my house (not outside) to see if relieved my foot pain. But not comfortable, so returned within a week, expecting refund. Would only give me a voucher.
