Seemed fine with basic inspection type stuff, but another time I had an issue with a serpentine belt that I unsuccessfully attempted to fix on my own, when I couldn't solve it alone I called to see if they could help, they basically chased me off the phone and refused to let me bring the car in because I had attempted the repair on my own first. Shocked at how rude he was over the phone

I recently moved here and I called to inquire about repairing my starter on my car. This business was highly recommended to me so I called them to get a price for repairing it. Whoever answered the phone was extremely rude and accused me of price shopping when I definitely wasn't and hung up on me. My starter has never gone out on my car and I was only inquiring because it would have to be towed there for repair. What a j**** I guess people who have called this business are not serious about what they need and the people who do call and legitimately need service have to suffer. Don't use them!
