The staff member I saw was fine, but the waiting room is the most cheerless, ugly, cold, depressing medical facility I have ever been in.

In all my years of giving blood never has it been as seamless and pain free as it was on Monday when I went to the Pt. Jeff location.The lady with the blue dreads was the BEST! She was sweet, kind and amazing at the blood draw. I did not feel one thing. This will be my new go to lab.
